Arnold was at the fire station since the incident was out on the news. He couldn't believe why the public is not liking Penny when they see her after the RTA. He saw Sam head out to where Venus was. Sam was worried about his friend. "Shame we missed breakfast." He told Arnold.

"Yeah... It was. I have no idea why the public was so angry with Penny."

"Me neither... Oh no, no, no, no, no!"

"Oh no... Not Kelleher!!"

"Why... What's his problem?" A random firefighter asked.

"They call him the bitter end of Law Practice. Always wants things his way."

"Go find Station Officer Steele, Arnold!"

"Roger that, Sam!"

Arnold raced into his office while Station Officer Steele was writing a report for the spare truck until their current rig is repaired. "Sir... There's some lawyer taking pictures on our garage floor!!" Arnold told him.

"I'll be right there, Arnold... Is this about the incident??"

"Yes... I'm sure it is."

Now both him and Station Officer Steele raced down to the garage where Kelleher was outside taking pictures where Jupiter was parked. Sam and the other firefighters have tried to tell him and the clients he was working with about the incident. "Hold on... Our Engine isn't here yet!! Why are you taking photos if our engine involved wasn't here at the station now?!" Sam told them.

"Look... You don't have to do this... We can work it out..." Another firefighter told the family member present in the station.

"Buddy, do me a favor... Please don't address my client." The attorney replied.

"What did you say to me?!"

Station Officer Steele later arrived with Arnold and he was disturbed by what he saw. He knew action had to be taken. "What's going on here?!" He asked.

"Oh... Scott Kelleher. I'm the attorney for the family of Mr Holmes-"

"I know who you are..."

"My client is here because of a notice that a Lawsuit was filed against your fire service... We'll be chatting."

Station Officer Steele watched as the attorney and the family walked out of the station. He knew something had to be done. But before he could, he needed to see how much they needed from the service. "He is suggesting... £5 Million against the Fire Service. This is Ridiculous!" He told his crew.

"Plus another £5 Million from Penny... Personally." Arnold replied.

And before the station officer could say anything, Arnold heard his phone go off and he saw Penny was calling him which meant trouble. "Hello?" He answered.

"Arnold... I'm not asking for any miracles... I need your help..."

"Penny?"

"Yeah... It's me. I received a Lawsuit for £5 Million from both the Fire Service and me... Personally... Arnold, I can't even go to court yet... I haven't even got Legal advice nor have I been through the Union for Legal help."

"Hang on, Penny. I have a great attorney who can help you with your case."

"You do..."

"Yeah... All you need to do right now is relax... Sam and I will talk to Jerry and his friends at the Union. They're holding a meeting in Pontypandy. We're going to get some evidence into this and they will get you legal help for free. Just watch us."

"Ok... I sure hope you do..."

"Don't worry. We do."

"Alright... I hope so. Otherwise, I could be fired and end up in Prison... I can't.. I just can't..."
