Author's Note: WARNING! Police case involving a missing Child and CPS. Also, there is another SamXPenny scene. Viewer Discretion is advised.
On the other side of the airport,
Arnold and the crew from Chicago were now on the other side where more cars were blocking their path. Everyone stopped and the sirens halted sounding while the lights stayed on. Arnold got out and Truck 81 arrived behind him. They knew they had a similar problem when a house was up in smoke and the house was a Red X Building meaning no one goes inside. Arnold looked at the scene and he was not sure what is going on. He called the team on the side. "Jupiter... What is all of this?" He asked on the radio.
"I'm getting to the bottom of this now." Elvis asked.
Every firefighter was now asking everyone in the crowd about who owns the car they have blocking their path. Casey had enough and needed to do something about the crowd dispersal. There was no time to wait for the Police. "We need these cars moved now!!" He ordered.
"WHO OWNS THESE CARS?!?!" Herrmann asked getting their attention.
"Which one of these is yours?!" Cruz asked from the driver's seat of 81.
On the other side,
Penny walked up to the crowd and she wanted to know what they wanted and what the problem was regarding their blockade of cars blocking the path. She knew that she had a job to do before the plane comes in. The plane was diverting after a long flight from New York. "What's the problem here?" Penny asked.
"It's not one of us!!! We want it gone!! The airport won't do anything about it so just let it burn!!!" A civilian replied.
The crowd was not happy and by then Chief Boden arrived and took command of the situation. He can see the crowd very angry with the fire service and the CFD as they arrived at the airport. The crowd grew even angrier. "OPEN UP THIS STREET!!!" He ordered.
"Fire's on an American Registered Aircraft from New York. Residents want it to burn down." Elvis added on the radio.
"Truck 81, Jupiter, and Venus!! Open up this street by any means necessary. Battalion 25 to main, I need Airport Ops out here to open the gates. We have an aircraft on Fire inbound from New York diverting here to Cardiff Airport from London." Boden called to the teams.
"Copy that, Chief." Casey replied.
"I need Jupiter and Venus on the Tarmac right now!!" He told Penny.
By that time, Penny went to get some chains and assist Elvis with the tools they need to tow the cars. Boden went to the crowd which was very angry at this point he had to call them out for interference and let them know that it was not a good idea. He raised his voice as they were yelling at the firefighters. "Hey! Hey!! HEY!!!!! It is against the law to interfere with an Emergency Response!!!!" he shouted at them.
The crowd didn′t respond to Boden's request and he gave up before Airport ops opened the gate to let the firefighters. They were very angry with the court ruling and 1992 but Penny didn't care. She had a job to do even after her time off from work. She looked to her team by Jupiter. It was time to tow them out. "Michaela!! Elvis!!! Grab Irons and Follow Boden!!!" She ordered.
"You want us to try and move one of these cars out of the way?!" Michaela asked.
"No!! Grab a chain!! Let's tow them out!!"
"On it!!"
Arnold was still on the other side and Chris was with him alongside Truck 81. They had enough already with their protesting and they needed to get through the blockade. Chris was asking one of the civilians if the car belonged to them. "Oi! Any of these cars belong to you?" he asked.
