Inside the station where it exploded,

Elvis and Cruz managed to close the door and shield themselves from the explosion. Elvis knew that they walked into a trap and escaped it except for Sam.  Sam was outside after they contained the gas leak which later blew. Elvis decided to check in on them once the door was open and the path was clear. "Everyone ok? Call out!!" Elvis ordered.

"We're ok, Elvis." Joe replied.

"Ok... Uh... Where's Sam?!" Elvis asked.

Elvis turned his radio on and decided to call Station Officer Steele to advise him and everyone else on the current situation. They had no idea what just happened. "Elvis to Station officer Steele. Are you there, sir?" He asked.

"Loud and Clear, Elvis. Are you alright?"

"Everyone's accounted for, sir... Except for Sam. We took shelter in a holding cell... We're coming out now once we find him. Have Fire hoses and foam units on standby with search and rescue teams. Gas lines are shut down. Can confirm a hidden gas line was found in Cell 4 with an explosion in Cell 3. We're coming out now!!" Elvis told him.

"Roger that, Elvis!! I want all Hoses on standby for a fire reported in Cell 3 of Cell Block 1138 on the Delta side of the building!! Let's go!! Move it!!" Boden ordered.

Elvis kept looking for Sam through the debris of the explosion where Penny's cell was. He had been looking for him. Cruz was helping him too. They had no idea that Sam had been in the explosion. "Sam?! Sam!! Where are you?!" Elvis called.

"SAM!! Call out if you hear us!!" Cruz shouted.

The two kept looking for him until Cruz heard a Pass Alarm on his BA gear. He looked through the debris and saw a red light from a HazMat suit. It was Sam's BA alarm going off. He can see the injuries Sam sustained. He checked for a pulse but it was shallow. "Elvis!!" He called

"You found him?!"

"Yeah!! But he's unconscious!! His eyes are bruised up!!"

Elvis grabbed the radio and called for backup with the word no one wants to hear. He seemed desperate to call for help. "Elvis calling Station Officer Steele!!!" Elvis called.

"Go ahead, Elvis!"

"MAYDAY!!! MAYDAY!!! FIREFIGHTER DOWN!!!! IT'S SAM!!!"

"Oh My!! R-R-Roger that, Cridlington! Get Sam out of the debris and straight to the Paramedics at once!!!" Steele radioed back.

"Yes, sir." Elvis replied.

Every single hose line was rolled out and things were calm from the explosion as the bomb squad and HART teams arrived to assist in any way possible. This had been an escalating situation as there were injuries from the evacuation and the smell. Ellie and Dawson were now ready to go to Newtown Hospital. "Ok, Dawson!! Let's go!!" Ellie shouted.

"Copy that!!"

"Newtown Hospital! Let's move!!"

Dawson got in the Driver's seat and Ellie prepared the Ambulance for a fast drive to Newtown Hospital. She put in a call to the hospital first letting them know their current status. "Newtown Hospital, this is Fire Ambulance 1. Pontypandy Fire Service. We have a firefighter down with about roughly little to no food or beverages whilst in Police Custody. BP is 90/55, GCS 7, HR is 77 BPM, ETA to A&E is about 2 Minutes." Ellie told them by phone.

Time was running out as they were driving with the blues and twos on full. Ellie kept working on taking care of Penny while Dawson was driving. She needed to hurry before anything worse happens to her best friend. Just as they were approaching the hospital, Ellie reached for her radio. "Fire Ambulance 1 to Station Officer Steele. Are you there, sir?" Ellie called for Steele.
