Police Constable Malcolm Williams: Police Officer of the Pontypandy Police Force. Friend of Fireman Sam and Brother of Helen Flood. Mandy Flood's Uncle and Mike Flood's Brother-in-law. Former Police Officer with the Metropolitan Police in London. Born and Raised in Kingston, Jamaica.

Sergeant Rose Ravani: Lead Officer of the Pontypandy Police Force and Officer in charge of the Pontypandy Police Station. Former Police Officer with the South Wales Police Force. Has family in the United States. Her sister Melissa Ravani is a Firefighter in the City of Los Angeles, California assigned to Fire Station 118 for the Los Angeles Fire Department.

Police Constable Leah Richards: Police Officer with the South Wales Police Force. Ellie's opponent in the Battle of the Badges. Stationed at the Cardiff Police Station. Born and raised in Cardiff. Been with the Police for nearly 6 years after joining in 2014 after working at a local shop before she was fired for preventing crimes (Which was not a good reason to be fired). Graduated from the Police College of England and Wales in 2014 after graduating from College in 2012. A boxing champion in High School in Cardiff and all of South Wales. Competitor in the 2019 Battle of the Badges between the Police Force and the Fire Service. Known to care about the community of South Wales and knows what's right and what's wrong. Still lives in Cardiff and is currently single.

Commander John Rimmer: Commander with the Metropolitan Police Service in London. Currently posted at the Heathrow Airport Police Station. Been in the Police Force since 1995. Came from a family of Police Officers and has family in the Police. An officer who took charge during the events of 7/7/2005. Also a part of MO19 (Firearms Command), SO18 (Aviation Security), MO6 (Public Order Planning), and MO2 (MET Intelligence). The senior officer to PC Malcolm and Sergeant Ravani while they investigated the cold case from 1992 and the RTC involving Jupiter from March 2019. A local hero to the people of London and the Greater London Area. Married to his wife Karen who is a Chief Inspector with the Police and has a son and daughter also in the Police. His son Michael is a Police Constable and his daughter Julia is a Sergeant.

Detective Constable Maya Lee: Officer of the Newtown Police Force (Heddlu Drenewydd) Accident Investigations Unit (AIU). The lead investigator in the RTC (Road Traffic Collision) involving Jupiter. A local friend of PC Malcolm and Sergeant Ravani. She has been with the team for over 5 Years after joining in 2014 after graduating from both the Academy and Detective Training. Maya works closely with her friends in other Emergency Services as well as other Police Forces across the Globe. Born and raised in Cardiff, Wales, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Investigated over a dozen cases that are serious including the March 2019 RTC between a Sedan and Jupiter while working very closely with PC Malcolm and Sergeant Ravani of the Pontypandy Police as well as the Pontypandy Fire Service and NHS Wales. Inspired by other officers worldwide like Erin Lindsay from Chicago PD to join the Police Force. Currently lives in Newtown and is a single mother. Has two children. Her son Kenny Lee and her Daughter Amanda Lee.

Agents Michelle Jones and Lewis Harrelson: Special Agents with the British Intelligence Agency Mi6. Assigned to the British Consulate in Chicago. On missions to prevent major attacks and provide intelligence in support of cyber security. also supported stability overseas in the US to disrupt major attacks and other criminal activities. She was born in November of 1993 and currently resides in Chicago. Michelle was born and raised in Bournemouth, England before she moved to Chicago after she joined MI6. She works alongside her colleague Lewis Harrelson. Lewis was born and raised in London and was a top graduate out of training. He is also on assignments preventing major incidents and other criminal activities from happening in the US and the UK. He currently lives in a vacation home in Chicago that the British Consulate had situated for him.
