The firefighters were all back on duty at the station but HQ has told that Penny was suspended from driving Jupiter until either the lawsuit is a win for her or they dismiss the case. However, the attorney for the family has decided to move forward with the case. Attorney Lopez and the members of Firehouse 51 arrived at Newtown Police Station to look at the impound lot where Jupiter was. "Excuse me... Barrister Gabriela Lopez on behalf of the defendant Firefighter Penny Morris. I have with me members of the Chicago Fire Department Firehouse 51." She said to the officer.

"Are you here to see the damage to Jupiter?"

"Yes, I am. and you are?"

"Detective Maya Lee, Newtown Police. I have been to the house of Firefighter Morris. I have her interview and the answers are actually stunning. The evidence is pointing towards her for the lawsuit for the win. Unfortunately, the case is in crown courts with a Jury and Media present."

"So, I hear. How's the damage to Jupiter?"

"Well... The left-hand side was damaged very badly if you can look at the damage size here. The Hose pump is damaged here and the ladder is bent. I have photos of it if you would be interested in them."

"That would be appreciated. Thank you."

"Not a Problem... Oh, I just got off the phone with the courts. They want her to be there for the case. However, I don't think the Prosecution Barrister wants her there as he wants her arrested at the Fire Station."

"Say what?"

"South Wales Police was just dispatched."

"Where to?"

"Her house. They don't know that she's not there... or do they?"

"We need PC Malcolm and Sergeant Ravani to deal with this."

"You're right. I'll give you an escort."

They all left the Police Station back to Pontypandy after the photos of the damage to Jupiter were collected as well as the damage to the car involved. They knew something could go wrong any minute. Detective Lee gave the team an escort to Pontypandy before South Wales Police finds her and arrests her.

Back in Pontypandy,

It was too late, South Wales Police pulled in with Multiple units and Pontypandy Police hadn't been notified. News outlets were right outside the scene and they were broadcasting this. The firefighters were shocked and they heard an announcement. "Penny Morris! This is the South Wales Police!! We have the station surrounded!! We are not going anywhere!! Leave everything and come out with your hands UP!!! We have a warrant for your arrest!!" an officer shouted.

"What's going on?" Ellie asked.

"Police... We need to do something." Arnold said to them.

Penny didn't want to deal with this anymore she ran off from the station but was met with Police officers at the back. "GET YOUR HANDS UP!!!" They shouted.

"HOLD ON!!!" Station Officer Steele bellowed.

"Who are you?!" The officer asked.

"I'm the Station Officer! Why are you at my Fire Station?!"

"We have a warrant to search the premises for signs of impairment and we have an arrest warrant for your firefighter here!"

"I did not say you could be here!"

"We have a job to do! Do you want to be charged with obstruction of a Police Officer?!"

"On whose orders?!"

"An order from the Attorney of the plaintiff!"

"You need a judge to sign it!! No judge issued that order!! Firefighter McKinley is on the Phone with the Union right now!! You want me to call the Pontypandy Police!!"

"No need. We heard it all, Station Officer Steele." Malcolm called to them as he pulled in on his motorbike with Rose behind him.

"OI!! Who are you?!" The officer asked.

"PC Malcolm Williams, Pontypandy Police Force! Along with me is Sergeant Rose Ravani. You do realize you are interfering in our Jurisdiction. Right?!"

"How so?!"

"Well... You didn't get a court order from a judge, which we verified and confirmed no court order was issued, and you had no probable cause. You're taking orders from an attorney who is going for the money and her job? Oh no, no, no. Not today. We both know that she will be in court on the same day. However, she has been through a lot. You scared her off. What is wrong with you?! You and I both trained in England at the Academy. We have a job to follow the orders of the judge, the prime minister, the First Minister, and the Queen. We do our duties for Queen and Country. Not less... Now get out of our Jurisdiction before I arrest you on charges you will regret."

"By the way... Your sergeant and I had a talk." Rose interrupted.

"And?" The officer replied.

"You will be subject to an internal investigation by New Scotland Yard and the higher-ups."

The officers from South Wales Police left without a single arrest and the attorney pulled in with Newtown Police officers. They were surprised to see the scene cleared out but Malcolm and Rose were still on the scene. Penny was sitting behind Venus in complete shock that she was not ready to interact with Police until this is sorted. "PC Malcolm. Report." Detective Lee ordered.

"South Wales Police showed up and tried to arrest Firefighter Morris but was met with the Station Officer. We have a witness to the scene and we have another investigation but no legal action is necessary as the sergeant at South Wales Police is friends with Sergeant Ravani. They both agreed that this was not a justified warrant. No warrant was issued which I confirmed at the Police Station."

"Great work. The judge wants to meet with her for the court case in Cardiff. We are taking this to crown courts and Media will be there along with the public who is still outraged by her."

"I agree."

"How do we want to do this?"

"We'll get a Police Escort to the courtroom with the Royal Logistics Corps as this could get out of hand any time in the area of the crown courts and Fire Service will be on hand in case fires break out and Paramedics will be there with Additional Police Officers. Multiple officers will surround the building and keep it secured."

"Excellent. We'll get a plan started."

Both Newtown and Pontypandy Police forces called up other officers from South Wales Police to plan and map out an escort to the crown court. The Police had now known why the attorney for the family was after Penny's job. He wanted the money for his job and her job to be let go from her. Ellie was with her in the station behind Venus. She knew that something was wrong. "How's Penny doing, Ellie?" Sam asked.

"Her pulse is up to 115 bpm. It looks like the stress triggers from the Police have caused it. I better take her to the hospital just to be safe."

"Ok, Ellie. Just be careful of the public."

"They're not after me, Sam."

"Oh..."

"I'll need a Police escort to the hospital. I can see she's needing someone to stay with her. I will go."

Sam nodded in agreement and Ellie went off to the hospital with the Police and Penny. They all watched as both Pontypandy Police and Newtown Police forces escorted Ellie and Penny to the hospital with her attorney and the CFD.
