Your eyes

The day goes on as normal. School finally lets out and you begin to pack up your stuff. You walk down the path but stop so Hu Tao could catch up to you. "Heeyy y/n! I was wondering you know how the dance is in a week if you wanted to come over to my house to get ready?"

"That would be awesome! See you later!" You say as she begins to run home. You too began your walk, deep in thought about what you were going to wear, you accidentally bumped into someone.

"I'm so sorry are you hurt" you look at the boy you bumped into. He had median length dark blue hair. You looked into his amber eyes. "I was just waiting for my friend" He said as he stretched out his hand.

"No I'm the one who should be sorry! I wasn't paying any attention." You say as you grab his hand. "I'm Xingqiu, pleased to met you." He did a slight bow witch made you blush. "I'm y/n-"

"Ohh so your y/n!" He said, his eye lite up. You tilted your head. "Uh yes y/n, that's me-"

"Xingqiu! Oh, hi y/n!" You turn to see chongyun walking towards you. Xingqiu put his arm around your shoulder which makes your face heat up a little. You just met this boy, why is he acting so weird all of a sudden. "Soo chongyun! This is y/n" chongyun understood what he was getting but you definitely didn't. "Yes that is y/n... what are you getting at Xingqiu..." he narrowed his eyes. "I'm just saying you have great taste-" "I will literally kill you."

Xingqiu jump behind you to avoid the angry Chongyun. "You two make no sense." You say as you begin to walk away. Chongyun let out a sigh. "Hey wait up!" You turn to see them walking towards you. You stop and let them catch up.

You all walk for a while until you enter a area that not many house are around. Xingqiu let's out a small gasp as he points to a single hilichurl. It wasn't common to see a hilichurl around here but yet not uncommon either. You roll your eyes.

You point at it with two fingers then flip them up. A small ice spike comes up from the ground and hits the hilichurl as it soon fades away. You let out a small sigh and turn your head to see chongyun and Xingqius mouths wide open. "What?"

"YOU JUST OBLITERATED THAT HILICHURL LIKE IT WAS NOTHING! AND SENSE WHEN WERE YOU A CRYO USER!!" Xingqiu half yells at you. "Are you blind or something, it's always been attracted to my skirt." You say pointing at the light blue gem attached to your skirt. "And besides, it was just one hilichurl!" Chongyun didn't say anything.

She's a cryo user. How did could I have not seen it! I'm so stupid.

"You good Chongyun?" You say looking at the boy. He look the opposite direction. "I'm fine." "You don't seem fine." You walk over to him. He turned his head to look you in the eyes. Your eyes, those e/c colored eyes. You put your arms around him, embracing him in a warm hug. He didn't know what to do because he has never been hugged by anyone but family so he put his arms around you, returning your embrace.

You let go of the hug and you all continue walking. Xingqiu peaked over his book at chongyun. You happily skipped in front of them. He leaned over to his ear. "Dude she obviously likes you! You would just tell her how you feel." Chongyun looked at the sky. The days we're getting shorter and the sun was beginning to set.

"Wow isn't the sunset beautiful" the two boys stop and look at you. You turn and give them a hug smile. The sunset made you glow, your were beautiful. You giggled. "Well this is my house I'll be seeing you later!" You wave to them as you run you to your house and head inside.

They continued walking. The two of them were neighbors and it was just a block away from your house. "What you you have done if I wasn't there Chongyun?" Chongyun gave him a odd look. "Umm probably would have just said goodbye and continued walking, why?" "Hmm agree to disagree because from the way you are blushing I beg to differ.

Chongyun put a hand to his cheek. Damn am I really blushing that bad right now. I didn't even notice. He also was still flustered from when you hugged him. He wasn't quite sure what to make of it.

"I need a popsicle."
