I'm honestly not feeling up to working out today...but i gotta besides i wanna look good for Gabs show, she deserves it
G: wanna pre workout snack or something?
A: hm? uh n-nah...i'm good
G: you sure?
A: yep
G: ...okay then we're here
We walk in and Conner looks at me shocked...oh God can he tell i gained weig-
C: adie! where were you? i was kinda worried

A: oh i just...yanno...was around. I was just taking a break
C: oh cool well you're back now
A: yeah
C: do you wanna weigh i-
A: NOPE-
That was loud...everyone is looking at us-
A: *gulp* uh...n-nah no weigh in needed...just put me to work aha
C: uh okay then
I do some stretches before starting some curl ups. Gabbie so happens to be doing them at the same time
G: hey babe, what was that bout?
A: oh it was nothing
G: adie i know you...you don't just yell bout nothing
A: *sigh* i just...didn't wanna do the weigh in...it just came out
G: oh i get it
A: yeah
G: well it's fine ya don't need one. We all know you'll bounce back
A: yeah...have you changed your workout?
G: a lil, i mean i'm working on abs a lil more
A: fun
G: yeah i'ma have four before the show
A: i know i haven't really said it...but i really am happy for you, i know how much you've wanted this
G: yeah...thanks
A: and your hair IS great...i'm kinda jealous
G: *chuckle* thanks
My arm starts getting tired but i gotta finish the set
C: after this Adie we're gonna do some work with the weighted ball
A: ight
G: done...well i gotta go do some chin ups

A: *pant* i g-give *pant* up
I turn off the treadmill and grab my water
C: it's about time i told you we were done *chuckle* you didn't need to go an over do it
A: i *pant& d-didn't over do it i'm just...tired
I start downing the water
C: sure
G: hey honey...ya over did yourself again didn't you?
A: *rolls eyes*
G: welp come on i have a rehearsal to get to
A: a-all right...one minute
Gabbie pulls up the car and i hop in
A: ya didn't need to g-go pull up the car yanno
G: it's faster anyway...you really should stop over doing it Adie
A: why does everyone say that?-
G: cause you do
A: *sigh*
I swear i've heard that all my life...but it got me to where i am...
A: maybe...you're right
G: i am right and you know it
A: ...i'm tired

We park and we start getting our shirts and bras off while heading up the stairs
A: man did i sweat up a storm
G: i feel like i should wash my hair...but i know i'll lose color
A: have you SEEN my hair recently? you'll be fine
I need a redye or something my hair looks so bad since i stopped taking care of it. I sit on the bed as she goes in
G: ...ain't ya coming in babe?
A: i'm not really in the mood to shower...with you NOT that like it's you it's just me...yanno
G: oh okay...do ya wanna use the tub then?
A: the tub?
