"So you expect me to open up to you even though you don't open up to me?"

"Hyung I do-"

"No. Yang Jeongin you do not. How the fuck is this relationship even going to work if we're not opening up with each other?"

"If you could even call it a relationship..."

"You're going to take that back right now, Jeongin."

"I'm not kidding-"

"Fucking hell Jeongin! I'm not in the mood right now, goodbye!"

The phone call ended there. Frankly the two hit it off really well as Hyunjin planned and surprised the younger one on his birthday, and the first month was well. But their no-label-friends-with-benefits relationship started getting stained when the younger made his comeback and the older took over his parents' company

Hyunjin was happy that they were finally working things out, until they weren't. The pair usually had phone calls whenever it's possible for both of them, which was unlikely

That day, Hyunjin was already having a bad day as the press couldn't stop putting him in the spotlight, even with the PR team handling it. He didn't know why his parents passing the company down to him was such a big deal to the Korean media. Nonetheless, he had hoped that the younger one would be able to lift up his mold after a long day. Long story short, Hyunjin heard sniffles when the younger answered his call and asked if he was okay. To which the younger denied everything wrong and put up a tone. The fight soon started there

A week went by, Jeongin was back to Korea from promoting his and Seungmin's comeback in America

After signing more paperworks and a hefty meeting, Hyunjin went back to his loft to rest for the night. The only thing in his mind was that him and Jeongin needed better communication

After eating a bowl of instant ramen, the older one went to relax and watch a show. The message on his phone went unnoticed, the older simply didn't bother to check

The younger one stood outside of the older's door with a mask and cap on, Jeongin knew that they had to talk things out as he was leaving for a global tour and would be gone for a whole month. He had messaged the older an hour ago, stating that he would be coming there but the older didn't seem to be replying so he called instead

"Jeongin why are yo-"

"Love, I'm being followed. Let me in, I'm outside."

"Two things you have to explain. One, why are you here? Two, who are you calling love?"

Ouch. That definitely hit Jeongin's heart more than it should've. If only the older didn't drag him inside by the younger's waist, he would've shouted 'you' on the spot
