——First month ——-

"Lisaaaaaa!"

Lisa ran into the room, "Yes baby?"

"I want ice cream," Jennie pouted.

"Okay baby, I'll run to the store real quick."

Lisa was rewarded with the cutest gummy smile when she made it back. It had been so worth it even though she had gone to three different places to find Jennie's favorite flavored ice cream.

———third month ———

"Lisa!"

Lisa jumped, immediately scared because she didn't realize her fiancée would visit that day and Jennie sounded about as mad as the time Lisa had told Jennie she was thinking about asking a girl from their school out. Lisa hadn't known that Jennie returned her feelings at the time. They were young and stupid and oblivious to each other.

Jennie was fuming. She had been missing Lisa so she came to visit her just to find her flirting with one of her stupid models.

"Hey baby, are you okay? What's wrong?"

"Nothing." Jennie said coldly with her arms crossed "go back to your work, sorry for disturbing you."

"Hey, hold on, you know you'd never disturb me." Lisa grabbed Jennie's waist to try to bring her back.

"Whatever Lisa, go flirt with your stupid models," Jennie couldn't hold her anger and felt the tears stinging her eyes, stupid pregnancy hormones.

"Baby, what?"

"Nothing Lisa. Just go find yourself a hot skinny model to be with and leave me alone. I shouldn't have come here."

Lisa had to force herself not to smile when she finally realized what was happening. She knew it would just make the situation worse but she secretly loved when Jennie got jealous. It happened more frequently now that she was pregnant and although she hated when Jennie felt bad it was so nice to know this woman loved her so much.

Lisa pulled Jennie closer to her and yelled out "yaaaah, is this how you treat your boss's fiancée? Bring her some water and somewhere to sit. I can't believe you guys." Lisa said rolling her eyes at her employees.

Jennie wanted to cry because Lisa was the nicest person in the world and her being stern to her employees just for Jennie's benefit made her lose it.

"I—I'm sorry" Jennie began to cry. "I just saw you talking to that pretty girl and these damn hormones."

"It's okay baby, I got you. It's not your fault." Lisa murmured softly. Jennie was pulled into the warmest hug she'd ever felt in her life after that.

"I feel ugly."

Lisa pulled away a little to look into Jennie's eyes. "Jennie, you're literally the most gorgeous woman I've ever met." She said seriously. It made Jennie want to believe her.

———6 months——

Lisa walked in to their apartment with a shit eating grin on her face, carrying several bags.

"Lisa not again." Jennie whined half heartedly because she lowkey loved how excited Lisa was about their future baby. "We're gonna go broke if you keep doing this."

"Nonsense, my baby deserves the best, right babygirl?" Lisa asked. She was no longer talking to Jennie but had kneeled down and was talking to her belly. "Mommy thinks I spoil you too much but mama knows you can't be spoiled because you're gonna be perfect no matter what right Ella?"
