Jennie waited for Kai to walk out of his work building, not wanting to cause a scene inside since technically she was employed by the same company too. She really didn't need to get fired over this. She jumped out of her car as soon as she saw him.

Kai jumped, startled when he noticed Jennie marching towards him, fuming.

"I told you to sign the goddamn papers."

"I was, I was going to I'm sorry. I just wanted another chance to apologize, I knew you would eventually come find me." Kai tried to explain.

Jennie almost stabbed him in the chest with the pen she was holding in anger.

"I'm serious Jennie. I'm sorry, I know I acted like a jerk. I was drunk and sad and confused and I know that's really no excuse for trying to hit a girl but it's all I have."

Jennie slammed the papers into his chest.

"You've apologized, now sign them."

"You're not going to forgive me?"

"Sign the fucking papers Jongin!"

He sighed, grabbing the pen and jotting down his signature.

"I'm really sorry," he said again as he handed them back, looking defeated. Jennie said nothing, walking away. She felt free for the first time in a long time.

She couldn't wait for tomorrow. Especially now that she had nothing tying her down. She was starting to let herself believe she deserved having Lisa back.

Neither Kai nor Jennie had noticed Kai's homophobic friend had watched their entire interaction. He had walked out of work right behind Kai and witnessed it all.

Kai didn't really consider him a friend anymore, he was just a coworker who happened to be his superior so he had to be civil, but he stopped hanging out with him. Refusing to after Yang Hyun-suk had provoked him and kept raging on about faggots ever since the day of the fight.

Kai had distanced himself from him since then, realizing how stupid he had been for acting out that day and listening to a bigot. He'd felt guilty.

Jennie was so happy in her own world thinking about her date with Lisa that she didn't realize that a car had been tailing her for the last twenty minutes.

She drove straight to a shopping center. She had plenty of time before she needed to pick Ella up from school and she was intent on finding the varsity jacket that had 'Oppa' printed on the back that she had come across weeks ago. The jacket had immediately made her think of Lisa when she found it and she was intent on buying it for her to give it to her on their date tomorrow.

It had been a standing joke with them since high school and even though Jennie had been jealous everyone kept calling her girlfriend 'Oppa Lisa' she still found it kind of cute because it was true. Lisa was 'Oppa' material. To everyone but Jennie of course, because Lisa had been Jennie's girlfriend so to Jennie she was most definitely girlfriend material.

She couldn't contain her excitement when she had actually found the jacket. Expecting it not to be there anymore.

She had almost skipped on the way back to her car, clutching the newly purchased jacket to her chest as she made her way across the parking lot with a smile on her face. It was just Lisa's style too, very streetwear and Jennie couldn't wait to see Lisa in it.

Hyun-suk had followed Jennie as she drove away from their company. He was still raging about the other night. About the way those weak women had managed to over power him. He couldn't believe his luck when he had seen Kai's wife outside their workplace. He intended to get his revenge.
