It is half four and I have just finished everything. Jacques has already gone home and I put everything back into folders neatly.

Now all I have left to do is pick Sam out before sorting out our dinner for the two of us.

As I put my stuff back into my backpack the door to the office flings open and my eyes meet the brown ones of Kylian Mbappe.

My heart breaks as his mouth drops open. "Liv!"

I fall into his arms and he stumbles against the wall. He sits down with me pulling me onto his lap carefully.

His strong arms wrap themselves around me tightly and his lips press against my head for a long time.

And I cry.

I cry for so long, I choke on my tears as I hold onto his jacket feeling safe yet so lost.

And he holds me. He holds me and tells me everything is going to be okay. He doesn't let me go as I sob into his chest uncontrollably. "I told him." I look up at him through tears and Kylian's rubs uses his hands to wipe the water from my face gently.

"You told him so he did this? That cunt, he's gone though right?"

I choke back more tears and his eyebrows raise whilst he waits for an answer. "I left him, me and Sam, we left the flat after he did this."

Then I remember.

Sam. "Shit, I am late picking Sam up from his friend's house. I have got to go." I get up from his lap and grab my rucksack swinging over my shoulder again.

Wiping the remaining tears away, I hurry away out of my office and down the blue corridors.

But a hand pulls me back stopping me in my tracks. "Liv, wait."

My stomach does a summersault and I let Kylian take both of my hands in his soft, warm ones. His touch makes me feel safe, makes me feel happy. "Kylian..."

"Liv, come stay at mine."

"Kylian I can't." I begin to turn away but he just tugs me back not looking away from my eyes.

"Listen, it is better than wherever you and Sam are staying, you will be no trouble and the two of you can stay for as long as you need, besides I will enjoy the company." A hopeful grin tugs at his lips as he awaits my answer.

It takes me a moment to ponder on his proposal and I bite my lip. "Fine, but only for a little bit until I sort my own place out."

"You can stay as long as you need, Liv," He pulls me into a tight hug of joy and I laugh through a couple of stray tears. "Right, give me the address of your brother's friend and I will pick him up, he will show me wherever you two are staying. I will meet you there, get all your stuff together and then you will follow me back to my house. Does this sound okay, beautiful?"

My face goes beetroot red as the nickname echoes through my ears and I smile to myself in slight shock.

Unable to speak I simply nod and he wraps his arm around my shoulders and we head out to our cars.

I am going to stay with Kylian Mbappe.

He meets me at the hotel and Sam runs over to me with a big smile on his face. "My friend was in complete shock when Kylian turned up." He laughs and Kylian drives over more and parks next to my car.

His head pops out of the driver's window and I admire how cute he looks. "You two ready?" The footballer questions and he beams at me from where he is sat.

"Yeah."

"Just follow me." Kylian tells me and before winding the window back off and beginning to drive slowly away again.

Me and Sam get in my car and I start the engine.

I follow Kylian and my little brother seems excited that we are going to stay at a footballer's house instead of that rubbish hotel. I don't blame him to be honest, I also have to admit that I am looking forward to living with the guy.

As we pull into his drive, the two of us look up at the massive house in awe. It is beautiful. The darkened sky cause shadows across the white brick. The place is modern however old-fashioned at the same time. Lamps glow along the chalky, gravel pathway that leads up to the big double doors that lead in.

"Wow." I whisper.

Trees stand still in the forever on-going gardens and clumps of snow decorate the edges of the beige stone walls that mark out the edges of the driveways and gardens.

The house stands tall and is appealing to the eye, I cannot believe that Kylian lives here.

I stop the engine and park next to Kylian's car; me and Sam slowly get out still not tearing our green eyes away from the magnificent sight in front of us.

The two of us haul as much stuff as we can out of the boot of my car and we shuffle our way over to Kylian who is stood holding one of the front doors open. "Get all your stuff into the hallway and then I will help you carry it all up to your rooms." He takes one of my suitcases off of me and I smile sweetly at him.

It doesn't take us long to get the things into each of our rooms and once we do I collapse on the Queen-sized bed with a sigh. The duvet just smells of washing powder and it the colour light grey matching the colour of the wall behind me. The rest of the walls are painted a bright white and the drawers are white and grey. A fancy light hangs from the ceiling with a matching lampshade and the lamp on my grey bedside table also has the same colour shade.

There is a little en suite tucked away but Kylian said that the toilet is faulty and it is due to get repaired soon. I unpack my stuff putting all my clothes neatly into the walk-in wardrobe which is actually bigger than I thought it would be.

This place is wonderful and I am definitely going to enjoy my time here.
