I know that you have not heard from me in a long time, however I am here now.
Recently I have been going through some personal problems, and I have been quite ill for a couple of weeks.
Do not worry, I am back and hopefully you will have the rest of this book by Sunday.
I cannot promise this but I will try to get the rest of it out, I have two chapters or so left to write, and one left to finish.
I am ever so sorry for this as I know that you haven't had an update in like a month.
