You're gonna be just like him.

"So, what do you truly think of William?" Julia leaned next to me, looking outside the back door.

William was sitting on the steps with his head in his palm, a cigarette between his fingers with the same hand. He took a drag every now and then.

Julia, has been bombarding me with hundreds of questions involving William.

"Well I mean, I guess he's a good friend, but he's mainly just my boss." I lied, shrugging my shoulders.

"What do you think of him physically?" Julia asked.

I put down the plate I was washing and picked up another. "What?"

"Like is he good looking? To you?" Julia looked at me.

"Yeah he's good looking I guess but- Julia where are you going with this?" I asked.

"Are you into him? Do you think he's into you?" she asked with a straight face.

"W- No! He's nothing more than a childhood friend/boss." I assured.

The glass door chimed as William came back into the building. He was still holding the cigarette in his fingers.

"Good evening Mr. Afton." Julia smiled.

William scratched his head with his thumb, carefully holding the cigarette while looking at Julia with half closed eyes. "Didn't I tell you to call me William?"

"Right. William. Sorry. Anyway, long day huh?" Julia spoke.

William shook his head. "I'm not one for small talk." William walked over to me and leaned against the counter next to me as I washed the dishes.

Julia scoffed and came back next to me.

William took a drag and blew out, coughing a bit. "Think you'll be done with that soon?" he pointed at the dishes.

"Probably. Why?" I asked.

He looked up at me, then Julia, then back at me. He put out the cigarette between his fingers like nothing. "I'm gonna need your help with something."

I put down a plate and looked at William. "No way William, I wanna go home. I'm tired."

Julia jumped. "Ooh! I'll gladly help you Mr- I mean William!"

William flicked the cigarette into the drain, letting it fully go out before crossing his arms over the sink and lightly pointing at Julia. "Shouldn't you be heading home soon? It's getting late."

"Oh, well yes, but I'd gladly stay a bit longer if you need any help!" Julia responds.

William clicked his tongue. "Are you gladly willing to stay and help unclog the bathroom pipe?"

Julia grimaced. "I guess not."

William nodded his head. "Go home Julia. I'll see you tomorrow."

Julia mumbled something under her breath before turning around to the kitchen doors. "I'll see you tomorrow Willow."

"See ya Jules." I wave with my glove.

William watched as Julia left the kitchen. He pulls out a cigarette and a lighter, and lights it in his palm.

"Another one?" I ask.

William slowly nods. "I think it's a little problem of mine."

I shake my head.

"So will you help me?" William asks.

"No. I'm tired, and the last time Henry asked me to unclog the pipe I got shit on my shirt." I refuse.
