William, omniscient
William needed to take one before the last one wore off. But he couldn't. The last one was the last one.
He stared at the bottle with a blank expression. "Whatever, I'll just get another one later." He tossed the bottle to the side where the other 8 bottles were laying.
Currently it's 5 am. William is in the building with the night guard. He actually stayed the whole night, not having been home since yesterday at 6 am. He had not slept, since 6 am. Nearly 24 hours. He had been too nervous to return home.
He stared at everything on his desk. From the 8 scattered pill bottles, to heavy boxes of gears.
William was slumped back in his seat, his head tilted back over the head of his chair, shifting his gaze from the desk to the cheap lights above him.
"William?" A knock on the the door sounded.
William picked himself up and adjusted his shirt quickly. "Come in."
"It's 6 am, I'm gonna head out now. You sure you okay man? You don't look too good." The security guard asked.
"Yes Daniel, I'm okay. I'll see you tonight." William forced himself to give the guy a smile.
"Okay dude, see you." The guard took his hat off as he closed the door behind him.
William listened for the front doors of the building. He listened for the little click that would sound everytime someone closed a door. He was listening as he gripped onto the armrests of his seat.
Not only had William not slept in almost 24 hours, He also hadn't ate for about 2 days. Not because he wasn't hungry, not because he feared being big again, but because he had feared what they might have slipped into it.
Finally, William heard the click that he had been listening for. He stood from his seat and cracked his knuckles out of habit.
He stood at his doorway and looked at his office for a moment again, before shutting off the lights to it unlike leaving them on like he usually does. He closes the door after him.
He stands in the hallway, still in front of his door, gripping the handle. He lets go and walks forward into the main room.
The main room is brightly lit with the orange sunrise that creeps in through the blinds. William stood in the center of the room. He shifted his attention to the stage, where Chica, Bonnie and Freddy had been standing, beginning to approach them.
He held his head down as he placed his palms on the edges of the table and crossed his legs in front of the animatronics. It was a little darker on this side of the room, the sun not hitting the blinds over here just yet. he tapped his fingers under the table.
William lifted his head, not looking at the animatronics but instead looking to the side where the blinds had been pushing slightly back and forth due to the poorly sealed windows. He shook the hair off his face as he looked up. He looked at those blinds as if they were open, revealing the sunrise. He began to chew on the inside of his cheek.
"Don't make me think I'm more crazy than I already think I am." William said lowly, slowly turning his head towards the animatronics eyes and shifting his gaze from the blinds to them.
The animatronics stood silent in their fixed positions, all smiling. Freddy with his microphone, Chica with her cupcake, and Bonnie with his guitar.
"I know you only pretend to go away when I swallow that stupid pill. I'm not stupid, I know you can speak to me whenever and however you'd like." He stared at Chica especially, the first one out of them all.
