tw// mention of sa from last chapter

Of course I'm not gonna confront Julia about what she did to William. That would go past Williams boundaries.

But I've been keeping my fucking distance.

I don't know how long she touched William for,
I don't know how she touched him in general. All I know was that it was inappropriate and William was uncomfortable.

Just when you thought you met someone normal, they sexually assault someone you care about.

But Julia.. she just won't fucking leave me alone.

"Helllooooo, the longer you ignore me the longer I'm gonna bother you!" Julia followed.

"I'm not ignoring you Julia, you know that. I just don't feel well today, please just take it easy." I lied, speaking in a low tone as I picked up a pie for table 7.

"Oh please, if you didn't feel well Mr. Afton would've given you the day off, wouldn't he?" Julia teased.

I rolled my eyes. "Just because me and William are friends, doesn't mean he isn't my boss. He's still my boss, and he's not a very nice one."

"Not a very nice one huh? How come he gives me a day off when I need it? He obviously would've gave you one" Julia followed me out the kitchen.

Maybe because he doesn't fucking want you around.

"I don't know Julia. Maybe he's short staffed today." I say, approaching table 7 with Julia behind me.

"Here you all go, extra large half cheese half pepperoni!" I placed the pie on the table with a smile.

"Thank you miss!" a little boy at the table spoke.

I smiled and nodded at him before walking away, Julia still following me.

"Short staffed? Everybody is in today! Can you just tell me why you can't even look me in the eye? Everything was fine literally a day ago!" she argued.

I looked over at William, who was leaning on the front desk with Henry, laughing at pointing at something on a sheet of paper.

I shot him a look as I walked past with Julia behind me. He nodded his head.

I quickly pushed open the door to the break room, running my hands on my face as Julia followed me in with what now seemed anger.

"All day, you've been treating me like your boyfriend cheated on you with me for no reason!" Julia shouted.

I turned around. "What, because I'm not giving you energy or I'm not in the mood to talk? Give me a break Julia."

"No, because you're lying to me! You don't feel sick, you feel fine. You just want an excuse not to talk to me!" Julia responded.

"Julia, I talk to you every single day I'm in this fucking building. I think you can go just a few hours without me wanting to talk, can you?" I spoke calmly.

"It's not the fact that I can't go without talking to you, I can. Like I said, it's the fact that there's something you're not telling me, and that's the reason you don't feel like talking. It's like I did, or said something." Julia lowered her voice.

"Sometimes Julia, people just aren't fucking having it." I turn back around, sitting down.

"Just aren't fucking having it?" Julia slowly approached me. "Alright, so-"
