After playing a lot with the children, Will and I finally leave the orphanage and go to a restaurant to have lunch. We sat at a table for two and look at the menu.

- So... ________. - Will start. - What's your relation with that orphanage?

- I like going there once a week and playing with the kids. They're very sweet and I want them to have fun. - I explain.

- Well, what about that little girl... Uhm... What was her name again...? Ah! Annie! - he says.

- She's a sweetheart, isn't she? She has cancer and the doctors predicted that she won't live much longer... - I say, sighing. - She's the most important to me. I would do anything for her to be able to live longer.

- Anything...? - he repeats, more mumbling to himself than talking to me.

- Yes. Anything... I can't adopt her because I'm not ready to raise a child, and I can't pay for her treatment... But I'll find a way to help her. - I say, determined.

- You're very caring, ________. - he says, slightly smiling.

- I care for a lot of people, and I won't let anything happen to who I care for. - I respond.

Soon, the waitress arrives and we order our food and drinks. We eat in comfortable silence, chatting a bit here or there, and savored our meal. After finishing eating, I leaned back and slightly stretched, yawning in the process.

- You're sleepy. - Will says.

- I wonder why. - I scoff sarcastically, making him laugh.

- Alright, alright. You won. I'm sorry. - he says with a smile.

- Apologies won't bring back all the nights I slept badly because of you. - I argue. He laughs, soon finishing his meal.

- It was delicious! - he says.

II- Glad to know. But just to remind you, you owe me money. - I say, standing up and walking to the cashier to pay.

He follows me with a playful grin, chuckling. After paying, we leave and enter the car again. I sigh and start the car.

- What's wrong? - Will asks.

- You're annoying. - I tap him on the forehead.

I start the car and start driving back to the cafe. The ride could have been silent but Will turned the radio on and kept singing. He wasn't bad at singing, but I couldn't let him know that, so I said he sounded like a trumpet out of tune. He pouted but didn't stop singing he sang even louder. I rolled my eyes and hid my smile. Soon, we arrive. We leave the car and make our way inside the cafe.

- Hey, _______. - a familiar voice says.

- Hello, Morgan. - I say, faking a smile. Morgan was leaning on the counter, talking to Robin. - What are you doing here?

- Oh, you know. Drinking some coffee and... Chatting with friends. - They say with a smirk, showing me their coffee cup.

Will looks at me, analyzing my face. He probably noticed the anger burning inside me. He looked at Morgan with some disgust.

- You can go now, Robin. We'll assume from here. - I say, making my way to the staff room to get my apron and to get one for Will.
