Last Time....
Abruptly, a strong gale blew at around 100mph. Angel, Athena and Jessica fell back, but Jay managed to cling onto a lamppost for dear life. Jay held on. And on. And on. And on. And then....CRACK!
The lamppost was going to give way.
And so it did, Jay falling flat on his back.
The winds shifted, and the lamppost rolled right off Jay, but to the girls horror, he was knocked out. Completely.
Jay was unconscious.
What was there to do?
They tried making loud noises to wake him up. Nothing.
They tried calling his name. Nothing.
They tried everything. Still. Nothing.
They needed a miracle.
But that, they didn't have.
"The call just won't go...!" Jessica shouted.
Jessica was trying to call 999, Jay was in desperate need of help. I mean, he needed mental help before because of his stupidity (Not really but you get the point) but now he seriously needed help. As in serious help. As in right now.
"How about I try calling? After all, 2 heads are better than 1. Besides, we aren't doing too good a job reviving Jay anyway, we need an expert!" Angel shouted.
Angel got her phone out from her backpack and hastily dialled the number.
Would,
It,
Go,
Through?
There were no guarantees in life.
So help me, if it didn't work the last time, why would it now?
But Jay was always optimistic.
They had to keep faith.
They had to be hopeful.
Because that's what Jay would've done.
Optimistic Jay.
The quote!
Be like Jay,
And you'll go further in life!
They had to stay optimistic.
For Jay's sake.
Because his life was depending on it.
..........
..........
..........
"Hello?"
It had gone through.
"Yes, yes!" Angel began, relieved. "We're just by Edmonton Green Station, and our friend's been knocked out by a falling lamppost!"
"Well, it'll take us a bit to get there... We're on a shortage of ambulances. The quickest we can get there is in 30mins,"
"That should be enough time, he should live,"
"For now, you have to start trying to revive him. Do some mouth to mouth! That should help!"
Mouth to mouth? No, no, no, no.
No.
None of the three girls liked Jay.
