No One's POV:

Kai blocks the fist that was heading towards her face and sends a powerful jab into the vampire's throat. It's chokes being cut off as she stakes it in the heart making it turn to dust.

"I had a feeling you and your coven were here," a man's voice rang out into the night. Kai smirks and turns seeing one of her old friend's.

"Angel. It's been awhile," she says as he walks closer.

"Over a century," he stops in front of her, "it's nice to see you again, Malakai." Kai looks at him with a blank expression before breaking out into a smile.

"It's nice to see you as well, Angel," she says patting his back once before they start walking out of the cemetery. He gives her a brief smile and a slight nod.

They keep to the shadows to not be spotted. "There's a slayer here," he informs her and she nods, trying to keep the smile that wants to break through in.

"Yes, I'm fully aware of her. Tobias and I have come into an agreement that we will not hunt when she's hunting. We're steering clear of her," Kai informs him making Angel side eye her.

"And what happens when you cross paths with the slayer?" He questions fearing for the girl's life if or when the Immortals cross paths with her.

Kai glances at him, "we won't kill her if that's what you're asking. Do you fancy her or something?" Malakai meant it as a joke but when Angel just looks down not answering, she comes to a complete stop making Angel do the same.

"So you do fancy her," she concludes biting back a growl of possessiveness that threatened to come out.

"Well, I wouldn't call it fancy. I find her interesting and sh-," whatever Angel was gonna say gets cut off by Malakai throwing him back against the wall with her hand tightly wrapped around his throat.

She leans her face close to his. Her blue eyes piercing into his soul with how much anger she has in them.

"Stay away from my mate or you will find dismembered! It will be the most slowest and painful torture you've ever encountered," she hissed in anger , tightening her grip on his throat.

Angel holds onto her arm frightened. "I-I don't see her that way! I-I promise!" He quickly gets out not wanting to die. It's true he doesn't see Buffy that way, more like a friend but once she finds out what he is, he doubts she would ever want to be his friend.

The possessive feeling slowly calmed from his words and Kai slowly let him go. She stepped away from him, giving Angel space.

He rubs his neck staring at her warily. "Remind me to never get you angry again," he says making Kai tilt her head slightly as her blue eyes fade back to brown.

"That was a small portion of my anger. You don't want to see me reach the full potential of it," she states and jerks her head to the side. They continue walking.

"Have....have you ever reached full potential?" Angel hesitantly asks looking at her. A dark look crosses her features before it goes away.

"A few times, yes. One of my favorites was WW2, April 30th, 1945. I don't know how many Nazis I killed. You know the humans think Hitler committed suicide but that wasn't how it happened. He was hiding in a bunker like a coward with his soldiers standing guard but that didn't stop us," she says with a smirk remembering the good memories.

It truly was a massacre. Any Nazi that crossed paths with them was murdered on sight. It doesn't matter if they weren't doing anything yet, Kai and her family killed them with no regrets.
