Chapter 30: Sympathy

While roaming the college, Sidharth and Sana met their professor Mrs. Sandhu.

Sana and Sidharth both touched her feet.

"Bas bas. Jeete raho."

Mrs. Sandhu gave blessings to them.

"Finally humare college ke do brilliant students se meri doobara mulakat ho hi gayi. Kitne bade hogaye ho tum log. Bohut accha laga tum dono ko itne saalon baad dekh kar."

"Humein bhi bohut accha laga Mam." Both Sidharth and Sana said.

"Sidharth ko kayi baar newspaper pe dekha hai. I always knew that you will achieve a huge success. To be honest, the whole college is proud of you Sidharth." Mrs. Sandhu said.

"Sab aap logo ki wajah se hi possible ho paaya hai." Sidharth said.

Then Mrs. Sandhu looked at Sana.

"Tum bhi toh humare college ki topper thi. Tum aaj kaal kya karti ho?" She asked

Sana's face turned pale.

"Woh main ek NGO mein bacchon ko dance shikhati hoon. Baaki pura din....ghar ke kaam karne mein hi... nikal jaata hai..." Sana said.

Mrs. Sandhu understood the matter.

"Mujhe yaad hai Sana, tum humesha se hi bohut ambitious ladki thi. Lekin hum auraton ke liye sab kuch sambhal ke apna ambition pura karna thoda difficult ho jaata hai. Lekin tum chaho toh abhi bhi apne sapne pure kar sakti ho."

"Abhi matlab...."

"It's never too late."

"Bilkool sahi kaha Mam aap ne. And I promise, Sana ke sapne zaroor pure honge. I'll help her." Sidharth said.

"Lagta hai tum bilkool nahi badle. Pehle bhi as a senior tum Sana ki help karte the. Aur ab as a....."

"Friend. As a friend woh humesha mere liye khada rehta hai." Sana said suddenly.

Mrs. Sandhu smiled and said, "May God bless you both."

Then she left from there.

Sidharth went close to Sana and whispered to Sana's ears, "Are we really just friends?"

Sana started blushing.

Before she could answer, Sana's friends came there.

"Toh tum dono yaaha ho. Aur hum kab se dhund rahe hai." Bani, one of Sana's friend said.

"Waise hum ne Sidharth ke saath ek bhi selfie nahi li. Sidharth, let's take a selfie." Shweta said.

Sidharth nodded.

All the girls started taking selfie with Sidharth.

They all forgot about Sana who was watching them. Sana became jealous.

"Zara dekho toh kaise unn ladkiyo ke saath selfie le raha hai. Abhi baatati hoon isko main." Sana said in her mind and went to them.

The girls were busy seeing the pics.

Sana took the chance and whispered to Sidharth's ears, "Tumhara kuch zyada hi nahi ho raha? Kab se selfie liye hi jaa rahe ho. I think ab tumhe ruk jaana chahiye."

Sidharth understood her 'Sherawali Mata' mood.

"Chalo Sidharth, kuch aur selfies lete hai." Shweta said.

"Bas aur nahi. I think itna kaafi hai." Sidharth said.

"Kyu Sidharth? Tumhara aur mann nahi hai? Kitne pyaar se bula rahe hai sab." Sana said in a sarcastic way.
