After our movie night The new boy seemed to be warming up to me a little bit. I obviously still didn’t know his name but at least he wasn’t ignoring me in school anymore. I even got him to sit with me at lunch now. We talked about school and I tried asking him about his drawings but he tensed up so I changed the subject.

I was currently In Biology class with him being my lab partner. The teacher was just rambling on so I decided to continue writing.

I grabbed my notebook from my backpack and wrote. “Whatcha doing?” Stupid asked, looking over my shoulder to see what I was doing.

I quickly closed my notebook. “Nothing, just doodling.” I replied casually.

He didn’t look convinced but dropped it and looked back at the teacher. I stopped writing after that because I did not want him to see what I was writing about.

After class was over I said goodbye to the new guy, well not really new anymore, and walked to my last class of the day, wishing I could just go home and sleep.

School ended and I met up with Stupid so we could hang out together. We were getting closer, and I was happy with that. We decided to go to the Fair that opened up today.

We payed for our tickets and headed inside. I was scared of rollercoasters so whenever the new guy wanted to go on a ride he would always persuade me to go on with him.

And of course I went. Every time I freaked out, scared I would fall off. He always laughed at my facial expressions. That was one of the reasons why I kept going on the rides, to see him be happy.

Usually when I’m walking to my classes I see him, and he always looks so sad. I really hope he will let me in, and let me help him.

When the ride was over I scrambled out of my seat, trying to get away from the death trap they call a rollercoaster.

“So how was that one?” Stupid asked laughing at me.

I just glared at him in response which only made him laugh harder.

“C’mon, I’ll play one of those game things and win you a prize since I made you go on the rollercoaster.” He said laughing lightly.

I agreed and followed him to a basketball game. If you make ten shots you get a big stuffed dog.

He payed the guy and grabbed a ball. A couple minutes later and he got all ten in. I pointed at the one I wanted and he gave it to me.

I smiled. “Thanks.”

“No problem Kitty.” He said smirking.

I didn’t mind him calling me that anymore so I started walking to the food court. I got a pretzel with cheese and a soda and sat down, waiting for stupid to come back.

I really want to know his name. I started thinking of random names that might be his.
