Chapter Eleven: Movies

I crashed in my bed after I ran away from Evan.

I'm still in my room trying to figure out how to face him.

I'm even contemplating if I should just say "Hey what's up?" Like it didn't happen even happen.

It was nothing anyways; all he did was ask if I was nervous around him.

I'm such an idiot.

I woke up not realizing I fell asleep, got up, and walked down stairs smelling something cooking in the kitchen.

When I got to the kitchen I saw Evan making pancakes.

And of course it was bacon.

I sat down at the table and waited patiently for him to finish.

"Morning sleepyhead." He said while keeping his back turned towards me.

"Morning, what time is it? " I asked him.

He looked at his phone. "Ten thirty."

We ate our pancakes with an awkward silence, once in a while one of us would look at each other but then look away.

"So... what do you want to do today?" I asked trying to sound normal.

He just gave me shrug in response.

"I thought maybe since we spent most of yesterday playing COD, we could go out and do something." I looked and him and he looked up at me .

"Sounds good." he said smiling at me.

"Honestly I thought you were going to avoid me the whole day."

"Why would I do that?" I asked acting curious.

"Well since our little thing in the kitchen and you running up stairs kinda meant you were going stay up there."

Well I was going to.

"No I would have came down here." I said and then brought my plate to the sink.

We decided to get ready and then just walk around the city and maybe do a little shopping.

I was actually kind of excited to get to know him better.

We only went in a couple shops and I got some cute sunglasses that were on sale that I'll save for summer.

When we got back home it was about 5:00 in the evening and we were both tired from walking around all day so we crashed on the couch and decided to put a movie in.

We tried to agree on a movie but we were both stubborn people.

It was down to Big Hero 6 and the lion king.

I wanted The Lion King, I mean who doesn't love a good Disney original?

We debated for about fifteen minutes until we heard a knock at the door.

I looked at Evan who automatically screamed at the top of his lungs that he's not opening it.

"Whatever." I mumbled under my breath getting up to get the door.

"Alex?"

He pushed passed me and put down all the bags he was carrying on the table.

"I brought food." He said smiling at me.

I opened up the bags and most of them were filled with candy but there was also bags filled with chips and soda.

What a healthy night this is going to be. I'm probably going to gain 10 pounds.

Okay maybe I'm over exaggerating a little bit but there are like ten bags filled with candy.

"I heard you guys were having a movie night. I thought maybe I could join." He said still smiling at me like an idiot.

"That's fine but you're the tie breaker for the movie." I said bringing the bags into the living room.

When Evan saw the bags I was carrying, and Alex walking into the living room, he smiled but it faded after a couple of seconds.

"Where did you get the money to buy all that? " He asking looking confused.

Alex scratched the back of his neck looking nervous.

"About that." He said.

"Dad...gave it to me." He replied hesitantly.

"I mean I found it in my bank account actually." Alex finished.

"Why the hell would he put money in your bank account? How do you know it was him?" Evan asked. I could see the anger boil up inside of him.

"I found this." He said handing Evan a folded up piece of paper.

Evan snatched it from Alex's hands and looked it over.

Evan got angrier by the time he finished reading the paper.

"He's trying to get us back home. Don't go into your bank account before telling me okay?"

"Okay. I'm sorry."

"It's fine Alex. Just promise you wouldn't do it again?"

"I promise."

"Good. So which movie are we watching?"

I looked back at Alex and gave him the look that he should choose The Lion King.

I think Evan did the same, but with the movie he wanted to watch.

Alex looked at both of us unsurely, then gulped.

"Uhh.."

"Choose mine!" Evan yelled.

I looked at Evan. "No mine!"

"I'm scared." Alex said.

Before you know it, Evan and I are attacking Alex.

I fell to the floor with a loud thud and felt the weight of someone on top of me.

I quickly pushed whoever it was off of me and got up.

"Who fell on me?" I asked both Evan and Alex.

They both stopped their horse play and looked at me scared.

"Uhh.." They both said at the same time.

"That's it you are both going down."

Later we ended up watching The Lion King. I put it up on the television and sat in between both the guys.

I started the movie with a couple of bruised boys and a satisfied me with candy.

A/N- Hey guys!!! Another Chapter! Sorry it took a couple of days for us to post another chapter, but we do have school so that gets in the way.
