How it all started.

Chapter 8

'Sure', I said.

'Thank you', Tae said whilst making his way to my bed.

'Woah woah woah', I say 'not like that'.

'Not like what?', Tae innocently asked.

'You're not entering my bed with soaking wet clothing, I'm not trying to make my bed wet'

'Oh yeah', Tae said 'sorry'.

Then all of a sudden Tae started getting undressed. I covered my eyes because I didn't want to see him naked. He then chuckled and I heard him reach for clothing in my wad-rope.

'Yah, I didn't give you permission', I said whilst removing my hands and and running towards him.
I then immediately turned around because I forgot Tae was literally naked.

'Please', Tae said all innocently.

'Fine, but I get to pick'

Later on, Me and Tae were lying down on my bed, facing eachother. It wasn't awkward because we were so comfortable with each other.

'Jimin', Tae whispered.

'Yes', I whispered back.

'I don't know where to start', he said with a puzzled expression.

'Start from anywhere I'm all ears', I said with a soft smile.

'Ok, so I had a best friend right. His name was Jungkook. He was the guy in the picture frame on my wall', Tae then took a deep breathe and continued, 'he was the best friend I could ever ask for. But I also had a crush right, on a girl and her name was Sammy; Jungkook would always help us get together. One day me and Sammy decided to make it official and date. When we dated I barely had time to have quality time with her because I would always hang out with Jungkook as his parents split up and he needed company. I really loved Sammy though, so I would try so hard to spend time with her but she was never satisfied. So she broke up with me'
All of a sudden Tae started tearing up.

I grabbed his neck and pulled it onto my chest.
'Tae it's ok, if it's going to make you sad you don't need to tell me' I reassured him.

'No, I want to, It's ok' Tae said pulling himself away. 'So, after she broke up with me I was heartbroken and I told Jungkook I was going to give up on her. But instead Jungkook said I should give up on him and stop spending time with him and pull all my focus to Sammy instead. So I did, I spend so much time with Sammy, I barely had time to see Jungkook, not even contact him. I went 4 whole months without talking or checking on Jungkook and I felt guilty, so guilty. So then, I went to go find Jungkook, apologise to him but also to catch up with him. When I went to his house, I asked his dad where he was and his dad said Jungkook had gone missing and they think he died. He never told me how, when. He just sent me away. Since that day I was so depressed, I gave up on Sammy and also found out she was dating someone else the whole time. I spent 6 months in my room without going out because I felt so much regret. I was angry with Sammy but also angry with myself'
Tae crawled into a ball and started crying.

I hated seeing him like this, and I can't imagine the pain he must be feeling. I felt bad because I asked about his relationship and I questioned who was on his wall. I also felt bad because Sammy treated him like rubbish. He spent quality time with her and not with his best friend so he could get with her. Just to find out she was with someone else. She led him on. He lost his best friend along the way.

'Tae, its ok, let it all out' I said whilst hugging him.

Next morning.

I got up early to make Tae breakfast. As my parents were over at my grandmas.

I set the breakfast on the table.
Later on Tae came and started eating. Not once did he look in my eyes, it was like he was avoiding eye contact.

'Morning Tae'

'Morning', Tae said, not looking up at me.

We sat having breakfast in complete silence.

'Thank you', Tae muttered, breaking the silence, 'Thank you' he said louder.

'Why?' I questioned.

'Because, you were there for me, you made me feel better, you let me cry in your arms' Tae said. 'But also, the reason I moved here is because my parents thought it would be better for me as everywhere I went in my old surroundings were filled with memories of Jungkook. When I met you, all the depression I was feeling started to fade'. Tae said.

I smiled at him.

'This is why I don't want to loose you', Tae said.

Shoot, I don't want to loose him either.
'Ewww', I joked. 'Cringeee'

'I know right', Tae said as he laughed. 'But seriously though, this food hits'

'Cheeers', I said then reached for another bite.

'Tae, do you know that I have a date today?', I said.

'No I do not!!!! OMG! When, how, what?' Tae said all excited.

'I asked her yesterday, I stuttered, she said yes, I'm nervous, I need help on what to wear'? I said all in one breath.

'This is why your lucky to have me, I will help you with a outfit. Let's go to mine, I have a perfect fit for you'

'I love it!', I screamed.
I was so happy, Tae had an amazing outfit for me and I knew Y/n would love it.

'Hey guys', Y/n said leaning against the doorframe and visibly checking me out, but shi I was checking her out too.

'Go away', Tae said.

'Don't be rude', she said.
She looked cute. She was wearing a rope and she had a face mask on. Her hair was in a high messy bun.

'What's that disgusting thing on your disgusting face?' Tae questioned her.

'Don't judge, I have a date today so I needed my face to be extra clear'

Why did she have to say that, now Tae could add two and two together and realise my crush is his sister.

'Oh?' Tae said, whilst looking at both of us. 'Sus'
