"Thank you for tuning into Power 106," Yesi said into the microphone after "Mia's Song" was finished playing. "The song you just listened to is called 'Mia's Song,' written by Drake. I can't get enough of this song. We have both Drake and Mia sitting in with us. Mia... how did you feel when you first heard this song?"

"I was very touched when I heard it," Mia answered. "Being a songwriter, and after seeing how much work he puts into writing his lyrics, I know how much work went into it. That song means the world to me."

Yesi turned her eyes on Drake. "So, Drake...can I ask you what inspired you to write this song?"

Drake smiled charmingly as if he hadn't just read Yesi the riot act during the commercial break. "Definitely. Mia and I had a rough period where our relationship hit a...I guess you could call it a crossroad. She walked away from me, actually. Other events happened, and I realized just how easily you can lose someone." He turned his head and looked at Mia, the expression on his face turning serious. "At some point, if you truly care for someone, you have to be willing to show them that you're willing to do anything to keep them in your life. For me, that's what 'Mia's Song' was. Just a declaration that I almost lost her, that I knew I did wrong, and that I wanted her to stay in my life."

"Aw, that's so sweet," Yesi said with a smile. She turned to Mia. "Is he always this sweet?"

"He is," Mia said, grinning from ear to ear and unable to stop herself. "Unless I'm kicking his ass at air hockey. Then he's not quite as sweet."

"Correction," he interjected. "You never kick my ass at air hockey. If I've ever lost, our scores were close."

Yesi looked between the two of them with raised brows. "Both of you are just adorable. The cutest. For the listeners who want to know, Mia...what is it like, to date Drake?"

Mia glanced at him before answering.

A corner of his mouth lifted into a half-smile. Then he lowered his eyes and bumped his hand against her thigh.

"Just about every positive way you could think to describe dating someone, and that's pretty much it," Mia said with her mouth close to the microphone. "The charming guy you see onstage isn't just an act. That's who he is. And he's funny, and smart. So smart. Witty. He's...fun to be around. Sweet. He spoils me."

"I do," he chimed in. "I spoil her way too much."

"With what?" Yesi asked. "Clothes, shoes, purses, what?"

"I didn't necessarily mean when it comes to material things," Mia said.

"But all of the above, yes," he said into the microphone.

Mia laughed. "I mean...if I have a tough day, he'll have a bath drawn for me when I get home. You know? Or...he knows it can get crazy when we go out, so he will rent out a theater so it's just him and I at the movies. That kind of thing. And we can talk about anything. Literally. I can ask him advice about something, and he gives really good advice."

"When you get home?" Yesi asked, jumping on that part of Mia's response. "So, you two are living together at this point?"

Mia opened her mouth, then closed it again. She licked her lips and batted her eyelashes. "So...what had happened was..."

Drake ducked his head down and made a show of smoothing a hand over the top of his hat.

"Don't try to dodge the question," Yesi said, pointing her finger at Mia.

"I wasn't dodging the question...exactly." Mia touched a finger to her bottom lip. "I mean...okay, lookit..."

Yesi arched an eyebrow. "Uh huh?"
