14. The Date

It's been a week since yeonjun started working at the Choi Enterprises. His date with soobin had to be postponed because soobin had important meetings all week which he didn't want to be at.

The workers in the office were surprised to see soobin's change in attitude. Some were quite jealous of yeonjun getting special treatment and some were genuinely happy to see soobin smile. While some were just happy that soobin doesn't take his anger out on them anymore.

It was finally Saturday and soobin picked yeonjun from his apartment. They finally reached their destination. Yup it was your typical amusement park date.

"this is where you bring me Mr. Choi"

"stop being a bitch and let's go"

"did you just call me a bitch?"

"is your hearing not well?"

"you're so childish"

"I dare you to say that again"

"childish, immature, freak, dumbass-"

"is that how you treat your boss"

"less than 10 days ago this so called boss of mine was begging me to accept his job offer when I clearly wasn't interested but the oh so might Mr. Choi insisted that I should take up the offer so that I can fill in the very empty void of loneliness in his hear-"

"okay you clearly are a bitch I'm done with this conversation"

Yeonjun cackled like a witch as soobin started walking away only to follow him.

They rode a bunch of rides. A few roller coasters, they were both excited and nervous about. They were also determined to get something out of the claw machine but gave up after four tries.

Next was a small stall at the corner of the park. There was a fish bowl lying in the middle and you had to score at least once out of three tries to get a goldfish.

Yeonjun decided to give it a try and threw the first ball. What he didn't expect was the ball to defy all physics laws and bounce off the edge of the bowl to hit the man in charge right in the face.

Usually yeonjun would've felt bad but at that moment he was trying really hard to hold back his laughter. So he let soobin do the rest.

Unfortunately they weren't able to get the fish but the moment they walked a meter away from the stall, they started laughing like maniacs.

"did you see his face he was so mad"

Soobin stopped for a while to admire yeonjun's laugh. He doesn't know how it's possible to grow so attached to a person in such a short while. And he doesn't care. All he wants is Choi Yeonjun in his life and no one else, no matter how long he has known him.

"let's go get ice cream" yeonjun pulled soobin towards the ice cream truck and they got their own ice creams.

Soobin was judging yeonjun for getting the flavour he despises. Yeonjun was obviously mad so he shoved his ice cream in soobin's face, which was now covered in mint chocolate ice cream.

Yeonjun was laughing so hard as he could literally see smoke coming out of soobin's ears. Soobin had to avenge his beautiful face so he started tickling yeonjun.

"No-stop stOP- wAIt plEAse stop- sooBIN" yeonjun tried to say in between his laughs "Imsorry-I'm SORRY PLEASE STOP-" He finally took a deep breath as soobin stopped.

"that's what you get for rubbing toothpaste all over my face" soobin said as he wiped his face

"you still look good though" they both smiled at each other.

"Come on its getting late let's go home"
