Yeonjun cleared his through as he found himself standing in front of soobin's office cabin. He took a deep breath and knocked on the door.
"Come in" he heard an unknown, deep, cold voice from the room, making him question if he was at the right place.
He opened the door and entered, preparing for the worst. But to his surprise soobin immediately changes his expression the moment he sees yeonjun. "you're here"
Yeonjun was shocked as he feels the deja vu from yesterday's conversation. "Good morning, sir"
"Call me soobin" soobin smiled
"you sure?" yeonjun was quite hesitant.
"yup" soobin said while showing his dimples.
"so what am I supposed to do?"
"just sit right there and make yourself comfortable"
"okay?"
Yeonjun awkwardly sat on the sofa in soobin's office. To say he was confused is an understatement. Isn't he supposed to be doing important office shit as the CEO's secretary.
"Are you single?"
Yeonjun starts choking on air at soobin's bluntness. "s-sorry?"
"I asked if you're single?"
"Yes. For now" he answers after calming down.
"great!". After a minute of awkward silence soobin asks something even more shocking "would you like to date me?"
And yeonjun starts choking again "EXCUSE ME!"
Soobin's smile drops a little. But yeonjun immediately decides to speak up. "sorry but I don't even know you we met like yesterday i can't just date you all of a sudden. It's not that I hate you or anythin-"
"it's fine I get it. I guess I was a bit too straight forward" soobin scratches the back of his neck
Yeonjun takes the hint. He figured out soobin probably never dated or asked anyone out before and he felt bad so he said something he's probably gonna regret "how about you take me out on a date. I can then make a decision maybe."
Yeonjun doesn't know what took over him. He hasn't dated anyone for two years and he never felt bad while rejecting anyone so why now.
He was about to take back his words but stopped the moment he saw soobin's smile "I would love to"
