Luz's POV:

 Phew...ok, first day of Scool...space academy, you know what I mean..phew, ok, I'm ready, got my uniform on, hair brushed, I'm clean and...ready

 I walk out and bumped into Vee, we talked and went to class, class was good, I was introduced then sat down, during class I felt some people stare at me and whisper about me, I tried to block them out by thinking but I saw one boy stare at me, he didn't look to be old enough to be in my class but when I caught him he looked away

 4 classes later I'm at lunch, the classes and lessons were interesting but I already knew all of the thing so it was easy, I saw that boy in 3rd period and in the hallways talking to a girl-

 "Oof"

 "Oh my goodness, Im so sorry, I didn't meant to know you down"

 "It's fine, really"

 Speaking of the boy, I looked up at him and rose a brow 

 "Hey, you that kid that kept staring at me on class"

"Oh, sorry, I'm just interested- sorry! I don't mean to be weird or creepy but, I just love your dad's work and his research, I'm a big fan of the Noceda's"

 "Oh...uh, thanks?"

 "I'm Gus, well actually Augustus but everyone calls me Gus"

 "Uh, as you know, Im Luz"

 "Hi"

 "You wanna sit together? I know it's not elementary and that sounded weird but do yah? I'm waiting for a friend anyways and since we're talking I was hoping ...we could be friends too?"

 "Oh, uh, sure, I mean, your not joking or doing this to make fun of me or embarrass me?"

 "What? No, of course not, we know how it is to be lower than everyone else, I mean look at me, I'm 10, we'll, about to turn 11, I moved up two grades cause I'm smart but that doesn't stop people from picking on me"

 "Ok, come on, let's go"
