The day of the party...

We're stuck. The traffic is terrible. Mrs. Annabeth is driving Dan's car to the party. There's been a car accident and nobody is moving. The party will start in ten minutes. We're fifteen minutes away. Finally I saw Mrs. Annabeth loose her temper. "I'm done with this traffic," she said. The shadows started moving. Suddenly, Mrs. Annabeth moved forward and we were going through cars like a ghost. The people didn't even notice. We got to see the inside of people's cars. I laughed when a baby started sucking his toe. We all did. Mrs. Annabeth started going really fast. We got to the party five minutes early. We were all stunned at what we saw.

The building was on fire. Everyone was standing outside. Our plan hadn't even started yet. The mayor was being carried into an ambulance. We got out of the car. "What's going on?" Mrs. Annabeth ask a fireman. "A bomb went off and here we are," he responded, "Three people are still inside." "Are you trying to find them?" Mrs. Annabeth asked. "The three people are our firemen. They can't escape. We just sent two more in," the fireman replied, his voice shaking. I walked off. Jason walked behind me. "Distract them," I said, "With my fire dress, I can save them." Jason nodded and ran off. I snuck around to the back of the building.

Here's my plan: go in, find the men, and separate the fire to get out. It isn't very detailed, but it had to work. I went in. The fire made a path for me. I searched for the men. I heard them yelling for help. I heard five men, but I heard a child's voice too. I ran to them. The fire made a way for all of us to escape. A little girl was in one of the men's arms. She was crying. Her teddy bear was in her arms. The fire men started going down the path. They saw me. "Are you okay?" they asked. I nodded. They had no idea I was saving them. We ran down the path. Suddenly, a piece of wood blocked our path. We were trapped.

We needed a plan. The girl looked like she needed help, fast. I made the fire go out on the price of wood. It was too big to climb over though. One of the fire man tapped me on the shoulder. I realized who it was. It was my cousin. "Sarah, I know you are controlling the fire," he whispered, "It won't last much longer though. I need you to make a path so I can break the piece of wood with my knife." I did just that. He broke the wood and we climb through the hole he made. We ran towards the door. Someone was in the way though. Jonathan. "We're all goners," he said, "None of us are making it out." My cousin, Steve, pulled out his knife again. "I'll cut through the door," he said. Jonathan pulled out a remote control. A robot came out of the fire. It was the size of Steve. I knew they would fight.
