[Y/N's POV]

It has been 5 months, my stay in Encanto is very fun, especially when I'm with Carlos and Camilo. Even though they fight a lot, they're still pretty good.

One time when I was hanging out with Carlos, I had a panic attack for whatever reason that I don't know. But Carlos helped me calm down, it has been happening a lot often now..

I had nothing to do today, I finished my chores, I knitted, I ate, I took a stroll to the market, but something was odd.. Camilo nor Carlos was there, I went to their favourite places to hangout on, Camilo in the flower fields or with the kids, Carlos in his alley, and the river.. Wait. The river! I haven't checked the river!! Why did I think I checked the river???

I quickly got prepared and headed to the river..

~ [A Few Moments Later] ~

[Carlos' POV]

I was taking a stroll out with Maria, when I saw Y/N heading to the river in a rush.. Hmm, that's weird. Why is ahe on a rush to go to Camilo?

"Hello?? Earth to Carlos??" A hand made it's way in my face. It was Maria's. (SHE BOUTA STEAL YO MAN) "Are you okay Carlos?" her hands cupped my face, like a child. "Hands off Maria." I quickly slapped away her hand. "Geez no need to be mean Carlos"° ° °"Why wouldn't I be mean? You literally dragged me here."° ° °"Look I'm sorry okay?"

I just scoffed and headed where Y/N went, to the river. "Hey where are you going??!!" "Away from a psychopath"

[Camilo's POV]

I was sitting at the river side, staring at my reflection in the water. When I heard ruffling and fast footsteps, almost as if they were running. I turn around and saw Y/N panting

"Y/N? What are you doing here in such a rush?" "I was looking for you and Carlos!" "Why exactly?" "I wanted to hang out with you guys"

Y/N sat next to me and stared at the river before hearing more ruffling sounds, this time it was Carlos.

"Oh. Didn't know you were hanging out with Camilo."

[Y/N's POV]

"Heyo Carlos! I was actually searching for one of you guys so that we could hang out." I stood up and helped Camilo stand up, "Cmon let's go get ice cream." I dragged Camilo and Carlos after hearing a small sure from both of them..

~ [Time Skip] ~

I flopped on the bed, this day was very concerning to me..

Carlos averts eye contact and doesn't insult me that much like he used to. Camilo is quieter than his usual energetic happy self. Both of them always stutters.. Am I forgetting something??

Oh wait..

I forgot Camilo confessed to me again like 2 months ago!! And Carlos too!! I haven't answered them that's why!!

~ [Flash Back To Camilo's Confession] ~

"I- I like you Y/N!" Camilo handed Y/N a bouquet of sunflowers, his face bright red. "I-... I'm not sure.. Don't get me wrong! I like you too but.." Y/N answered, Camilo's expression changed, an arrow of anxiety hit him in the heart.. Is she gonna dump him? Does she like someone else??

Questions flooded his mind like a tsunami.. "I like you too and.. Carlos too but.. I-I need time to think..."

"Don't worry, mi vida, I can wait."

~ [Flash Back To Carlos' Confession] ~

"I like you." Carlos looked away from Y/N. "You're beautiful, your voice, your hair, your eyes, your everything is beautiful and don't expect anymore compliments from me I ran out." Y/N giggled at the last part, but her mind is stuck at their confessions..

Carlos stared at Y/N's e/c eyes, admiring it while Y/N is lost in thought."So?" Y/N snapped back to reality, "I- I need some time to think about this... Sorry Carlos, I really like you but I need time to think.."

"Alright, I'll wait for you."

~ [Back To Y/N's POV] ~

Oh no.. I totally forgot about it!!! I need to make up my mind...

Let's get some things straight.

Carlos is a bad emo boy type, he is also rather hotheaded and naughty. Also kinda flirty towards me. Inside he is a soft guy..

Camilo is a supportive, caring, loving and very energetic and chaotic theatre guy compared to Carlos who's always such a lazy slob.

*sigh*

I'm sorry Camilo..

I'm choosing Carlos.

~ [Time Skip] ~

[Y/N's POV]

I told Carlos and Camilo to meet me at the river at 3 pm today.. I'm not sure how this goes.. I feel bad for Camilo.. But this is for my good. I think..

[Time Skip]

There she was, standing infront of Carlos and Camilo..

"So why did you call us here exactly." - Carlos

"I wanted to give you guys my answer to you guys confessions." - Y/N

The group fell silent.

"I choose....."

Tension was visible, it was intense, glint of hope was shimmering in the boys eyes..

"*sighs* I am sorry... Camilo. I chose Carlos."

Camilo was heartbroken. He was shattered, but he was happy for Y/N. So he forced a smile, trying not to cry.

"It's okay Y/N." - Camilo

Y/N smiles at Camilo while Carlos is celebrating internally..

~ [8 months later] ~

Y/N and Carlos grew to be a happy couple. Camilo was happy for them since he got over it.. But then. When Y/N was walking around the market, she stopped at a stand close to Encanto's entrance. (Not that entrance pervert you've been reading too much smut and lemons.)

Y/N saw the last person she ever wanted to see..

He was worse than Maria..

Worse than a broken egg, where the chick would never hatch..

It was her father.
