" Hi, I'm Rindou Haitani! Can I get your digits, Miss 'angel' ?" Rindou playfully asked.

(Y/n) sworn that her heart is beating so crazy right now. She could feel that her heart wanted to come out of her ribcage. Is she nervous? shocked? or flustered? Well, (y/n) doesn't know the answer to that. It's the first time that someone asked for her number so bluntly. It's not new to her that someone would ask for her number, but not in a straightforward way.

On the other hand, two people are currently looking at Rindou. One wanted to be eaten alive by the ground because of embarrassment. Meanwhile, the other one is giving Rindou a death glare.

"Uh...sure?" Rindou's eyes sparkled when (y/n) agreed to give her number. If you're going to ask (y/n) why she did that, she doesn't know the answer to that.

"Really!?" Rindou held (y/n)'s hands out of joy. The (s/c) skinned girl's eyes widen in shock because of her seatmate's antics.

It is (y/n)'s first time to meet someone like Rindou.

In Rindou's defense, his move was a genuine one—well, quite genuine. He noticed how Izana looks at (y/n); that's why he decided to tease the Tenjiku King a little bit. But at the same time, he is also somehow enchanted with (y/n)'s looks. Her (h/c) hair beautifully cascades as she walks and her (e/c) orbs sparkle as the sunlight reflects her eyes.

He could easily say that (y/n) is like an angel descended from heaven. Rindou also genuinely wanted to be (y/n)'s friend. If they will be friends, (y/n) is the first friend that Rindou made outside the delinquent world or maybe throughout his life. So, he doesn't see any problem with what he just did.

Later on lunchtime, (y/n) still couldn't process what just happened

Later on lunchtime, (y/n) still couldn't process what just happened.

First, (y/n) looked through the whole train station for someone. Second, (y/n) almost got late. Third, the person she's looking for at the station earlier is in her class. And fourth, a weird new student straightforwardly asked for her number.

"Okay, life. How many surprises are you going to give me today, tomorrow, and the next days?"—(y/n) thought to herself.

She didn't notice how her friends look at her right now nor hear their silent whispers since (y/n) was clouded by her thoughts.
