How to rebuild a relationship with a lost childhood friend?

(Y/n) repeatedly read the note that Emma gave to her. Yup, (Y/n) sought Emma's advice to approach Izana. But, the helping went wrong. She can rely on Emma on different things but not on this one. Emma sucks on initiating a talk with someone whom she had a misunderstanding with. (Y/n) knew that this but she still asked for Emma's help. (Y/n) sighed as she closed the notebook where Emma wrote the note.

It has been exactly two weeks since that eventful night. Two weeks since the last time she saw Izana. Whenever (y/n) asks Emma about Izana's whereabouts, the only answer that she is getting is 'I don't know.' or 'He left the house the night after the gang meeting.' Of course, (y/n) began to worry about the guy. However, Emma kept saying she shouldn't feel worried because he is the "Tenjiku King."

"Big bro Shinichiro told us that he'll come back soon," (y/n) recalled the words of Emma.

Soon. How soon?

(Y/n) slumped her back at her chair as she sighed helplessly. Well, it can't be helped. No one knew where Izana went, not even his closest gang members. (Y/n) rummaged her mind to get an idea of where Izana could be. She thought of one place, but it is unlikely that Izana would go there since it is too far from Tokyo. Plus, the lad knew that (y/n) knows that place. However, (y/n) will still go there and shoot her shot to look for Izana in that place.

(Y/n) stood up from her seat and grabbed her things before exiting the library. If (y/n) is going to leave her university now, she would be able to arrive in Osaka early in the afternoon. Also, (y/n) needs to recall the exit points in her university with no guards. She'll be doomed if a guard or a teacher sees her cutting classes.

So, she decided to text a "friend".

To: Rin-jellyfish

Do you know where a student can go out without being caught by school staff? Just asking for a friend.

(Y/n) sent that message to Rindou. She made sure not to give him the slightest idea that she would skip her classes. Because (y/n) knows that the younger Haitani will tag along with her. A minute didn't even pass when she received a reply from Rindou.

There's an exit behind the gymnasium. There are no guards in that place. Why? Are you going to cut?

To: Rin-jellyfish

Thanks! And, NO. I am not going to cut. I said I was asking FOR A FRIEND.

After sending her reply, (y/n) returned her phone into her bag. She felt the vibration of her phone, but she paid no attention to it. (Y/n) made her way to the gymnasium as she blended in with the other students. As she was about to turn in one of the corridors, (y/n) felt that she passed by a familiar aura. (Y/n) turned around--and saw familiar bleach-blonde hair peeking among the crowd. (Y/n) immediately made a detour to catch up to the bleach-blonde guy. She is determined not to lose sight of him this time.

Moments after, (y/n) found herself at the university's quadrangle. (Y/n) looked around the patio to get a glimpse of "him." The bleach blonde guy she was following earlier disappeared like a bubble again. As she was about to return to her tracks, (y/n) saw him walking in the middle of the quadrangle. She started to run again to catch him.
