"Where's (y/n)-chin?" Mikey asked when he noticed that (y/n) was not with Emma. The meeting had already ended. However, (y/n) haven't come back yet--which made Emma worry. The blonde girl tried to call her friend multiple times, but she was not answering her calls.
"She said that she's going to the restroom, but she never came back. I was about to say that I go with her, but she suddenly ran away," Emma explained. Mikey pursed his lips as he tried to suppress his worries.
He then turned to Kakucho.
"What's the deal with Izana?" Mikey asked seriously. Apparently, Izana left as soon as he said his brief message to Tenjiku members. He didn't give any explanation for why he needed to leave early. However, Kakucho realized that maybe Izana ran after (y/n). After all, Izana and he noticed her running away as if she was in a hurry.
(Y/n) might have escaped Mikey's sight, but she could never escape Izana's gaze.
"I'll search for (y/n). Draken, can you take my sister home?" Mikey said. He is already worried since (y/n) might get lost at the shrine since she wasn't familiar with the place yet. Also, he's anxious that something terrible might have happened to her since it's already nighttime. Who knows what is lurking during nighttime.
"Izana...went after (y/n)," Kakucho whispered to himself. Kakucho thought that no one heard him. However, his words didn't escape Emma's sense of hearing.
"So, they really know each other?" Emma asked for confirmation. Kakucho jumped a little bit, but he immediately recovered from his shock.
"Yeah. Izana and (y/n) were childhood friends," Kakucho replied--making the blonde girl nod.
"I wonder why Izana didn't tell us about her," Emma wondered--which made Kakucho's eyes widen. The male cannot believe what Emma just said. Kakucho never met (y/n) when they were still kids, yet he knows about her. It is because Izana keeps on talking about (y/n). So, he's surprised that Izana didn't bother to tell the Sanos about (y/n).
"Beats me," Kakucho replied. The two fell into silence as they tried to ponder what was in Izana's mind. No one could really tell what Izana was thinking all this time.
"Oi, Emma! Let's go now," Draken called Emma when he finished talking to the Toman division captains. The blonde girl leaped towards the male before clinging her arm on his.
"See you around, Kakucho!" Emma sweetly bid goodbye before walking away with Draken.
Kakucho sighed. As much as he wanted to go home, he still needs to look for his friend.
Mikey was running in circles looking for (y/n). He is sure that he already searched the whole shrine, but he still cannot find any signs of (y/n). He even tried to call her, but no one was answering.
