(Y/n) woke up with a smile on her face. Everything that happened last night was bliss. It is as if Izana put her into a trance. A trance that she doesn't want to leave. Also, everything that happened last night confirmed her feelings for Izana. She loved him, she is loving him, and will always love him.It also made it clear that her one-sided crush on Mikey was a mere admiration for the lad.

Nothing more. Nothing less.

"You're early," (y/n) remarked to Izana as soon as she arrived. She gave him a confused look as soon as she noticed what Izana was wearing. The lad is waiting for (y/n) at the shore while wearing his gang uniform. "What's with that getup?" (y/n) asked.

Izana chuckled and teasingly patted (y/n)'s hair."For you," (y/n) tilted her head and arched her brows with Izana's answer.

"I thought you might want to wear a bit of revealing clothes since we are at the beach..." Izana clarified. "...So, I thought I should wear my gang uniform to let everyone know that I can fight," Izana said as he pulled (y/n) into a hug.

"You can wear anything you want. And if someone offended you or harassed you, just remember that you're with Tenjiku King. No need to worry about a thing. I can fight," Izana finished his statement.

Random. Izana thought of that at random times.

(Y/n) smiled. (Y/n) is thankful that Izana's hugging her and that he can't see how red her face is. Moreover, she's grateful for how thoughtful Izana is.

"Let's go now?" Izana asked as he broke free from their hug and held (y/n)'s hand. (Y/n) nodded.

The two decided to go to the nearest shrine to pray for the safety of their travel. But that's not their only purpose. Izana and (y/n) have a lot of things to be thankful for and wish for. They have wishes that are meant to be whispered to the heavens.

Next, Izana and (y/n) decided to eat at the nearest restaurant. It was a simple breakfast, but it was made extra special by the budding romance between the two. Their breakfast time passed like bliss, and the two (well, more likely (y/n)) found themself walking back to their inn.

"Why are we heading back to the inn? Aren't we supposed to loiter around?"

"Chill! We're going to loiter around," Izana smirked.

Izana left (y/n) in the lobby to get his "things," Minutes had passed, and Izana reappeared in front of (y/n). But this time, he got a lot of baggage with him. More like, he has a lot of camping materials with him.

"They say that the stars and moon will shine brightly tonight. Would you like to see it closer...with me?"

"How long until we reach the top? Do we still need to climb an extra mile?" (Y/n) irritably asked. The two are currently climbing a mountain. Yes, mountain climbing, and that is because of Izana's persistence. (Y/n) swore that she won't do climbing, but she did it for Izana.

"Do you see the cliff over there?" Izana asked as he pointed to their destination. It is really far from where they are right now. (Y/n) estimated that they would arrive at their destination in approximately an hour or two. It is a good thing that the sun is not high up.

"Here," Izana said as he squatted in front of (y/n). His back is facing (y/n). "Piggy back ride?" Izana offered.

"No." (y/n) replied as she slightly smacked Izana's back. " We got a lot of things, Izana" (y/n) deadpanned.

"So, c'mon now. We wouldn't want to miss the sunset, right?" (Y/n) added as she walked passed Izana. The latter shook his head and stood up to catch up to (y/n).

Hours had passed, and they reached their camping spot.

Everything was worth it. The sight before Izana and (y/n) made their tiredness from climbing disappear.

"It's breathtakingly beautiful..." (Y/n) said as she held her breath. She could clearly see the vast ocean from their camping spot.

"Yeah...like you," Izana didn't miss his chance to compliment (y/n).

(Y/n) bit her lip to stop herself from smiling too much.

"Why don't you start building up our tent instead of hitting on me?" (y/n) sarcastically retorted to Izana's compliment. "Yeah, right. While you, my queen, better sit still," Izana said as he started laying out the materials for their tent.

"I'll start the fire later," (y/n) winked at Izana, and the latter rolled his eyes in return as he chuckled lightly.

The sun was almost setting when Izana finished setting up their tent. And (y/n), being true to her words, she made their campfire.

"We'll see the stars and the moon later. For now, let's watch the sunset on the horizon," Izana said as he walked passed by (y/n). The latter followed Izana and stopped a few meters away from Izana.

"Do you always go here?" (y/n) asked him.

"Yes," Izana answered. "Here...I contemplate the meaning of my life. Here, I've always wondered how many times I can see this view. When will it end?" Izana added.

To be honest, (y/n) doesn't know what Izana meant. Or was she being oblivious? Nevertheless, (y/n) remained quiet. And instead, she held Izana's hand and squished it a bit.

Izana held her hand tighter.

"It is beautiful, right? the sunset," he asked without breaking his eye contact with the view before them.

"Yes, the sunset is indeed beautiful," (y/n) replied as she moved closer to Izana and held his hand.

Moments later, the sun disappeared into the horizon, and the moon took over the night sky. The flames from their campfire illuminated Izana and (y/n)'s surroundings. Everything's peaceful. However, it is too good to be true.

"The stars are pretty bright tonight," (y/n) complimented the sky as she looks up. The moon is smiling at them; the stars twinkle as if they're doing it for her and Izana.

"That's why...I brought you here," Izana replied as he watched (Y/n) admiring the celestial bodies above them. (Y/n) shifted her gaze to Izana before uttering "thanks" to him.

"(Y/n), look at that star," Izana said as he pointed a star above them. "That's Polaris," Izana added.

"Yeah. It is indeed the Polaris. The star that guides the travelers home," (Y/n) replied. Of course, she knows the story behind the Polaris since it was taught to them in elementary.

Izana smiled proudly at her.

"Yeah. You're right. It guides the travelers home...," Izana replied with a smile. "It guided me home...to you," Izana continued as he looked at (y/n).

Home is where the heart is.

The latter's eyes lit up as she sweetly smiled at Izana. "You better thank the Polaris," she chuckled. Izana laughed heartily at (y/n)'s remark.

As their laughter died down, the sounds of waves prevailed. It wasn't an awkward silence. Rather, it is a comforting one.

"The moon is as beautiful as you (y/n)," Izana said as he stood up from his seat and sat next to (y/n).

"(Y/n), I don't know what love is," Izana confessed as soon as he pulled (y/n) into a hug. He doesn't know why he said that. Maybe because he wanted to give (y/n) a heads up that he's not the perfect person to show love.

"However, if love means wiping away your tears and keeping you in my arms safe, I will gladly do it."
