The asset wasn't treated as a normal person ever. No human decency was ever given to him. But so many other things were: trauma, abuse, scars, memory loss, and so many more.
But so much more was taken from him: his friends, his family, his memory, his life, his arm, his brain, and his happiness are just few of the many.
But no one really talks about what else this abuse and imprisonment caused. They don't think about the person who is called "the asset" the person who is treated like a disease. How did he survive?
