Chapter 49

*Shelby's P.O.V*
I wake up from my alarm clock going off and I slam the alarm button off and sigh with relief.
Maybe me and Henlie should go shopping to get the guys off our minds for a little and probably go hang out with Crawford and Chris.
I take a quick shower and when I get out, I do my usual routine. Wrap a towel around my body and hair. Then grab a pair of underwear and a bra. I look for a comfortable shirt to wear around, so I find a long sleeved maroon shirt that says "PINK"
and plain black tights. I put on my black converse sneakers. I dry my hair, brush my teeth, and put deodorant on. I put some eyeliner and wing it, then put on some black eyeshadow and mascara.
Now I'm ready for the day. Henlie's already ready for the day and I meet her downstairs.

Me: Hey Henlie, before we take off I have to drop off Kris at the daycare center.

Henlie: Okay, whatever you have to do you can take as long as you want. I can wait.

Me: Okay, well are we all ready?

Henlie: Yeah, looks like it.

We pack everything and I grab my phone and Henlie grabs hers. We get into the car and I sit Kris in the back with her baby carrier and buckle her up.
I start the car and drive to the daycare center.

Me: Forget the daycare center, I'm gonna drop her off at my grandma's house. She can watch her. Its just her and grandpa.

*Few Minutes Later*

I arrive at my grandparents house and they greet me in and I tell them to watch over Kris while me and Henlie go out. They agree and I walk outside and get in the car and start to drive off to the Hotel Crawf and Chris was in.

Just about when I took a left hand turn, Henlie asks the weirdest question of all.

Henlie: Do you like Ryan, Shelby?

I have a confused look on my face and just laugh about it.

Me: No, me and Ryan are just friends. No more than that.

Henlie: Ouch! You pulled the friend zone on him. You can tell he really likes you though. Every time your with him, he smiles like he never does before. Shelby, you bring him happiness.

Me: Yeah, I know he likes me and I guess it is kinda rough that I did pull that on him but I don't like him that way, at least I don't think so...

Yeah, I don't like Ryan that way. Me and him are best pals and all, he knows I don't like him. Just as a friend, that's all.

Henlie: Why don't you like him back?

Me: Because I'm dating Taylor, Duh Henlie!

I smile and laugh about it but something else is was about to pop out of my mouth.

Henlie: That's not the only thing that's holding you back Shelby, there's more isn't there?

Well, time to confess my thoughts and feelings about Ryan...

Me: Well Henlie, I have someth--

Before I could finish, Henlie interrupted me,

Henlie: SHELBY! LOOK OUT FOR THAT CAR!!

Before I knew it, my eyes flashed before my eyes could even shut close...all I could hear was Ambulance and Paramedics loading me into the Ambulance and taking off to the Hospital. Or at least I think it was the Hostpital....
I ask one of the Paramedics to call Crawf and Chris and tell them what happened and it leads off from there.

This is all my fault, now me and Henlie are gonna be stuck in the hospital for about a week or month or so. The guys are going to be worried as hell and will be wanting to come back and check on us.
Wherever Henlie is, I just wanna say, Henlie, I'm really sorry. I really am, I love you so much. Every since we was best friends back in preschool. All those times we was mad at each other, I take those back. They was all my fault, not yours. Please be alive Henlie, I remember me and you making a promise. And that promise will always stick with me until that day comes along.
If I ever lose you, I'll always miss you. Me and you are like sisters. Nobody can sperate us apart. You and I are always gonna be best friends, no matter what happens to us. I love you Henlie, if I don't make it alive. Well you know what to do on from there....

*Henlie's P.O.V*
I open my eyes and all I can see is a strange boy looking at me with red eyes and I see he's crying. All I can think about is what last happened. Me and my best friend being in a car crash...it was pretty rough.

Oh, I hope Shelby's okay, I really do.

Me: SHELBY!! SHELBY!! Where are you??

As I scream, the boy runs over to me and calms me down.

Boy: It'll be alright Henlie. The doctors are still checking on Shelby. I'm sure she'll be okay. Trust me, gorgeous.

The boy pulls me into a hug and lets go.

Me: Who are you?

With a confused expression on my face.

Boy: Wait, you don't remember me? Not even one bit? I'm Chris, the guy that met you in Starbucks one day. Well, it's all cool, we can start over once your out of this situation.

Me: Are you my boyfriend?

Chris: No, no, you have it all wrong. I would like to date you and your beautiful face but your dating Cameron Dallas. He's the lucky guy.

I kept thinking through my head, who the hell was Cameron Dallas? That name sounded familiar but I can't get it all the way through my mind. I bet I was in a coma for a little while and lost some of my memory. Hopefully, I get it back before,I ever meet this guy named "Cameron Dallas".

*While At Magcon*

*Cameron's P.O.V*
The shows over with and meet and greets are over with, damn. Its been a long ass day.
Me and the guys are sitting back stage, on the couchs just be lazy. Like usual. Then my phone starts buzzing off and it's Chris.
I pick it up and he starts screaming but then I tell him to calm down so I can understand him better.

Me: Chris, breath for a minute okay? Just calm down and breath.

Chris: Ummm....well okay, h-here it goes. Henlie and Shelby got in a car crash. And we-well Henlies doing okay but they're still testing on Shelby.

Once he tells me the girls got into a car crash, my heart stops and I was about to panic but when he told me that Henlie was okay, it started slowing down a little. But what about Shelby? Will she be okay? Oh God, just wait till Taylor hears about this and then he'll be wanting to go back and check up on her. Take care of her. Her parents are still gone on vacation, what are they going think about this....we all never been in this kind of situation. We don't know what to do...Maybe me and Taylor should go back and stay with the girls while the rest of the guys finish up.
