He walks around with a thick coat. The cold air of winter hit his face while his nose, so sensitive, turned red. Despite the cold not affecting him much, he still despised it like everything else. In this winter wonderland, there was nothing wonderful. Bakugo's insomnia affected his nights along with his dreams. He was well aware of what he dreamt and could recall all the vivid details.

He wanders the endless snowstorm.
Bakugo was confused as to why he was dreaming of winter after forcing himself to sleep. He'd dreamt of spring before which was the season he adored. His love for gardening was enhanced through the blossoming days of spring. Like how he hated everything he didn't like rain during the spring. The smell left with the muddy dirt was something he came to hate.

There were trees standing tall with knives made of ice hanging from them. Each step he heard a crunch. No one was around. No breath was heard.

He was alone in his mind once more. All alone in his dreams.

Repeating thoughts of his loneliness started creeping up his spine. He felt even colder than he did before. "Alone." He spoke and his breath filled the air. "Alone." He said again and he laughed. With his two hands, he cupped his mouth and took a deep breath. With all his anger and frustration he yelled, "All alone once more."  Bakugo panted, cold sweat makes his inner shirt wet.

He felt warm again. Someone's arms wrapped around his waist. Confusion overtook his emotions. Who's here, no one ever shows up in my dreams. He grabs the soft wrists, trying to pull away but the person's grasp was too strong.

"Who is it?" he asked hurriedly. With no answer, he yelled, "who is it?!". All he felt was heavy breathing and a rapid heart beating. He tried pushing away but kept failing. The more he resisted the tighter the grip became. Tight in a reassuring way rather than intimidating, but either way he was unraveled by its suddenty.

"Let's stay,"  the voice came as a mumble while the person's face was stuffed into the back of his coat. A girl's voice became clear from the mumbles."Let's stay like this... for a little longer," she spoke lazily.

He calmed after some time. Still wondering who the mysterious girl hugging him from behind was. Bakugo couldn't believe someone had invaded his dreams. It was never done before even if he wanted someone to break the abyss of loneliness.

The tight grip loosened and Bakugo's heart began beating faster. No. He thought to himself. He couldn't believe after being invaded by another human, would bring a fear of losing them and being alone once more. He was becoming greedy.
This sense of warmth became a temporary drug for him, a deep desire. He didn't want the girl to leave.

Her hands were gone.

He turned around with the thought of that girl disappearing, and him being alone again.

But she still stood. She wore a thick coat like him. Her ruby eyes stared into his. It was the only girl he didn't despise any longer. The only one whose presence was tolerable.

The wind urged him to close the distance between them.

He took a step towards her, but the snow deepened. The purity of its whiteness was holding a dark secret. He tried pulling his leg out of the snow. It wasn't snow though, it was quicksand with a disguise.

He tried hurrying to get closer to her. His legs were stuck. Bakugo panicked and reached out his arm. Losing balance he fell onto the soft snow. With one of his hands stuck in the snow, he used his other to reach out to her.

"Y-Y/n."

She stood there smiling with her hands reached out, waiting patiently. "I'm here for you Bakugo."

"I'm coming..." he huffed. "So please...don't leave." He grabs a foot and tries pulling it out. The snow grew up to his waist. He was terrified of being alone, he was afraid of losing her and struggling again with no one to call to. "Please just wait for me," he cried out.

"Don't worry. I will always wait for you," her words were honey on his tongue.

His vision became blurry. He should have never tried resisting her when he was being hugged. If only he held on for a bit longer. Before he knew it, tears streamed his face.
The snow engulfed him up to his chest leaving a heavy feeling.

With the little conscious left, he could see the blurry outlines of her shoes. Bakugo looked up at her as she knelt to him. Her face was close to him, her breath warmed up his cold cheeks; she cupped them.

Even without mittens, her hands were warm in this hellish winter. He closed his eyes and more tears fell over the rim of his waterline.
Her soft lips kissed his forehead and her gentle touch made him relax.

Bakugo got ready for school. He wore his uniform like he always did and walked out the door like every day, but it was different this day.

The dream he had last night was still fresh in his mind and he felt unraveled by its content. Many questions rushed his head and he didn't like it. Part of him hated the dream but the other part wanted to be held by her again.

He shut down his thoughts. He shut down his desires, thinking; never again.
