Hello everyone! i hope you enjoy this one. It's more interesting then the other ones i have done! have funn<3

Ace walked back to her room to find Mikasa fast asleep on her bed, holding a pillow close to her chest, still wearing her scarf and shoes. Ace bent down to take them off for her. Mikasa was a deep sleeper so she wasnt worried about waking her.

Ace went to her dresser and pulled out comfy clothes to sleep in, it was pretty late and she had to be up early tomorrow for 3DMG training. She plopped onto her bed, sinking into thought, about everything.

She quickly realized that she wasnt tired and got up, headed to the door of the dorm, wanting to go for a walk outside. She slipped on one of her dads hoodies and her boots and left the dorm. As she reached the end of the hall, she saw that Levis door was open, and that there's small oil lamp burning and a man scribbling on a sheet of paper.

She knew she wasnt allowed out of her dorm at these hours, but she wanted fresh air, she felt sick. She had to think of a plan to sneak by his room without being noticed. She only could think of walking quietly and went with that horrible plan.

Ace slowly walked by the wall, carful not to make much noise, but the castle was very quiet at this hour so Levi heard everything. His ears perked up and he slowly got up from his chair, walking to the dark hallway. Ace froze, not knowing what to do, or where to flee, but it was too late as he was already at the door, staring her in the eye. She was shaking, fear took over and she froze, she couldnt speak or move.

"Matsuri? Is that you brat? You know you cant be out of your dorm at this hour." Ace couldnt move an inch and closed her eyes. If she cant see him, he cant see her. She wished that were true. She felt a grip around her wrist, tight, but not enough to hurt. Ace felt herself being dragged into Levi's office. She kept silent, so silent.

"Cadet, what are you trying to accomplish, i know you're here so stop trying to 'hide'" Ace slowly opened her eyes, knowing it was no use after he dragged her into his office. " Sir, i am fully aware of my actions, and i will take any punishment you give. I wholeheartedly apologize for sneaking out, i just wanted some fresh air because i couldnt sleep." Ace had just realized what she was wearing, a pair of boxers, a sports bra hidden under a very big hoodie was definitely not something she wanted her captain to see her in. So she instinctively covered herself up with her hands.

"You arent in much trouble, i just cant have you sneak out. I will offer my office to you, are you feeling alright?" Levi asked, he wondered what was going through his head when he asked that. He never let anyone stay in his office, especially not wearing what she was wearing. It made him feel awkward, he had a tingly feeling in his stomach and normally never showed that much emotion.

"Sir i'm fine, i just feel kind of ill, but im alright, you dont have to let me stay. Its too much work." Ace shifted, she wanted to stay, she was to nervous to go back into the hall, she didnt want to get caught by Erwin, and she also liked the company. Her mom and dad were never around when she felt ill, they were never around anyway, she lived by herself after her parents got eaten by titians while they were at work, thats why she decided to join the Survey Corpse.

"Oh please Matsuri, i deal with brats like you all day, letting you stay wouldnt be hard." He said, smirk grazing his sharp face. It made Ace blush. She had never seen her caption show so much emotion, it made her feel warm inside. Ace slowly nodded and went over to the leather brown couch beside a tall, stained wood bookshelf and sat herself down. She sighed feeling at peace with herself.

Levi was feeling pretty low about himself that night, due to thoughts about past things with his parents. So seeing Ace made his night that slightest bit better. He had always liked her attitude toward Levi, and her attitude towards the Survey Corps. She always seemed so involved, trust worthy and selfless. And so pretty. The way her ginger hair framed her face, and brought out the mass amount of freckles on her beautiful face. It made Levi smile. He knew he should have punished Ace, and he knew he should have kicked her out, rather than invite her in to stay. It was completely unprofessional, and Erwin would be disappointed if he found out.

Something had just looked off about Ace tonight, It worried Levi a little bit, even though he had no feelings toward the women. Levi had been staring, standing in the same place, and after awhile, Ace noticed. He felt a shiver go down his spine as he locked eyes with her, and she felt the same thing. Levi hastily waltzed over to his desk and got back to his paperwork.

The sounds of light breathing and scribbling were heard in the office. Ace had gotten a book that looked intriguing and laid on the couch, attempting to make herself comfortable on the 2 person leather sofa. She eventually found a way to get comfy and started reading.

Ace felt her head lightly drift into comfortable sleep, lightly dropping the book on the floor as she lost consciousness. The book made a light *thump* which caught Levi's attention. Slowly, he attended to the girl, putting a soft blanket over her, and heading back to his desk, lowing the light on his oil lamp. Feeling himself slowly fall into a light sleep. He hadn't slept in days, his mind not stopping, but now, he felt at peace, even if it was only for a short while.
