The shower stung her newly created bruises and cuts, but the warmth in her hair and going down her back was extreamly welcoming. She could feel the dried blood and sweat coming off of her, along with all of the guilt she felt. For awhile, Audrey just stood there, letting the water go over her closed eyes and down onto her creamy skin.

Not once did she open her eyes, though. She had asked Levi to cover the merrior so she couldn't see her reflection. It was the only way for her to let him even ask her to get in the shower. But she still had so many questions. Where did everyone go while Kenny Ackerman was on top of her? And why did they even leave the place? Most of all, why was the Captian being so friendly with Audrey.

It was so out of character for him and he knew that. But of course, it still left him sitting on the edge of his bed while the person he was supposed to protect that night stands in his shower. Levi's hands were resting under his chin, arms holding the weight of his head. The only sounds that could be heard was the shower and his foot, rapadly tapping the ground. Time had seemed to stop for him, but he didn't know why.

Waiting for someone had never put this much stress on him, so why was it now? Pushing her to get into the shower with a body he knew she would never want to see again was hard for him, but why. Yes, it was even harder for her, but he has never felt this way, and it made him irk.

"Sir, there isn't a towel in here." Her voice sounded far away to Levi, strained. Ace was so tired, in every way a person can be. Even being on her feet right now, she felt like she could collapse onto the wet floor. Her eyes were still shut, terrified to look down.

There was a knock before the door knob turned, she froze. Her mind stopped, and she felt her heart stop too. "My eyes are closed, Cadet. So when I open this door, I wont see a damn thing." His voice rang through the walls and then through the open door. Her legs felt weak, struggling to hold her weight. But she couldn't even manage a "thank you" before the door slammed again.

A breath came out of them that they both didn't know they were holding. Ace was dry and slid into her dressings once again, and opened the door. Her hair was still damp, even after almost taking it all out with the towel. So, the cold air in her Captians office was not a nice way to be greeted.

"I really appreciate you letting me use your own shower. The water pressue is amazing." She cracked a smile at her own words, but it really was amazing. She cleared her throat and begin talking again, before the room's air became too thick to breathe in. "Is there anything else you would need from me tonight Sir?" She breathed. The scilence was getting too loud for her liking.

He only looked at the floor, because when he accdently opened his eyes in the bathroom, he didn't think he could face her right now. It was childish and extreamly unprofessional of him and he knew this. But not saying anything back to her was not helping this situation. Her words came out as mumbles to him, so he didn't quite hear what she had said.

"What?" His eyes snapped to hers, making her blink. She had spoken clearly before, and she knew that. But Levi didn't. And he knew he wouldn't now because God was this women ever beautiful. Her wet, ginger lockes stuck to her like they were scared to leave. Her face, her eyes. He was lost, to be quite frank. He had seen beautiful women before but he now, only realized that she was this mesmerizing.

"I asked if you needed me anymore tonight, Sir." She stood awkwardly under the glare of her Captian who was so obvisouly staring at her. It was only a slight ego boost for her. But quickly made her uncomfortable, going to her go-to stance when this feeling creeps it's way up her spine. Her arms went to cross oiver her breasts, wanting to inch away from his gaze.

"Sir." She let out an uncomefortable laugh, inching backwards. "Oh, no. I wont be needing you anymore tonight, Cadet. Thank you, that will be all." His words came out quicker and harsher than he had ment too, but what was done was done. Even after he saw her flinch at his words and how he had said them, he said nothing to her. "Have a peaceful night, Captian. See you at training tommorow." She ran through the doors, acting like tonight had never happened, and wanting to forget it all.
