“why do you keep on avoiding ni-ki, sunoo?” heeseung asked. these past few days, sunoo's friends noticed how their friend keeps on avoiding sunoo everytime they met.
monday, sunoo hid himself behind his hyungs' backs after he saw ni-ki waiting for him.
tuesday, ni-ki was waiting on sunoo's locker. sunoo was about to get his books but when he saw ni-ki, he just forget about his books existence and just entered the room without any books with him. his teacher even scolded him and warned him.
wednesday, there's a letter on sunoo's desk. when he saw the handwriting, he snatched the paper away and was about to ripped it apart if it wasn't because of sunghoon who stopped him.
“sunoo, that's rude” sunghoon scolded him.
thursday, ni-ki was standing beside their room's door. he doesn't know why his sunoo hyung kept on avoiding him. even sunoo himself doesn't know why.
when ni-ki saw sunoo walking towards the door, he immediately blocked the way. sunoo's head was hung low. he couldn't look at ni-ki's eyes.
“why are you avoiding me, sunoo hyung?” ni-ki asked calmly yet firm. sunoo clutched on the strap of his bag.
he took a deep breath. “ni-ki.. c-can you move? i wanna go home..”
“i won't move unless you'll tell me why are you avoiding me”
sunoo breathe loudly. he wanted to cry out of frustration. he badly wanted to answer the younger one but what will he say?
as if on cue, someone held his wrist. sunoo lifted up his head and saw his sunghoon hyung.
“let's go,” he said while holding sunoo. sunghoon look at ni-ki who is now looking on his hand that was holding sunoo's wrist.
ni-ki's hands balled into fists. how dare he hold his sunoo hyung like that.
sunghoon noticed ni-ki's expression. he knows that something's running in his mind. and if he won't clear things out, he knows their will be a fight between him and ni-ki.
“we're just friends, nishimura. don't plan your murder on me. also, i don't know why he's acting this way so let him clear his mind for awhile” sunghoon whispered. ni-ki looked at sunoo then to sunghoon before sighing and nodding his head on the older. after that, ni-ki left.
now that it's already friday, his friends gathered near his table and asked him questions that made him dizzy.
heeseung noticed it and shut his friends. sunoo thanked his hyung for that.
after a minute of silence, heeseung spoke.
and his heeseung hyung's question clouded his mind for the whole day.
why? why is he avoiding him? is he scared?
and sunoo knew in that moment what will his answer be.
