it's been weeks since sunoo started to avoided ni-ki. the latter badly wanted to ask him, but only sunghoon's words were kept lingering in his mind.
time. he will give his sunoo hyung a time to clear his mind. but, until when?
“so, you wouldn't chase sunoo now?” a voice behind him asked. jungwon sat beside ni-ki on the bleachers near the school's garden.
ni-ki sighed and leaned on the bleacher's back rest. jungwon looked at ni-ki, waiting for his answer. it's just very unusual for jungwon to see ni-ki sitting on the bleachers and not chasing nor waiting for sunoo.
what happened? he wanted to ask but stayed quiet in the end. he will wait until ni-ki is comfortable enough to open it up.
minutes later, ni-ki broke the silence. “i will still chase him though. it's just.. i'm giving him time to clear his mind”
“why?”
“i know you noticed that he avoided me”
ni-ki's right. jungwon did noticed it. he even called his boyfriend to asked him why but his boyfriend just told him that they need to give him time.
jungwon disturbed his boyfriend that was playing an online game just to asked why sunoo was avoiding ni-ki.
then, jungwon thought. maybe there's a reason why sunoo avoided him. well, let's just say that jungwon did that before, too.
he tapped his friend's back before saying, “just wait, ni-ki. i know there's a reason why. you also know that i did that before too, right?”
ni-ki sighed and nodded his head. ‘fine. i'll give sunoo hyung his time. i'll wait for him, but not too long. 'cause i will definitely chase him again; just like before.’
