epilogue.

8 years later...

ni-ki was walking around when suddenly, he stopped on a familiar place he never visited after that day.

he crouched down and smiled. “how are you, sunoo hyung?”

he asked with a low voice. it's been eight years since sunoo left the world. after his funeral, ni-ki never left his room. his friends and sunoo's mother were worried for him knowing that ni-ki is the closest to him and they had became lovers.

he was always crying in his room, clutching sunoo's clothes that were left in their dorm. he also hugged the photo that was taken on their 1st month as lovers.

this scene also reminded their break-up but in a more hurtful way.

he wants to see him again. he wants to feel his warm touch and kisses again that he almost ended up jumping from a 35th floor building if it wasn't for sunghoon and jay saving him that day.

sunghoon even punched ni-ki to wake him up, yelling at him that sunoo wouldn't like it if he ended his life just because sunoo died.

ni-ki cried in his hyungs arms, telling them that it wasn't easy. that it is still hard for him to accept the reality and move on.

the five of them comforted him and did their very best to cheer him up. they helped him to move on even though it was hard at first.

ni-ki graduated from college, found a suitable job for him, bought a new house for sunoo's mother, bought a condo for him and adopted a little young boy named sol.

speaking of sol..

“dad?” a cute little 6 year-old boy named sol nishimura called his dad while hugging his dolphin plushie.

ni-ki smiled and carried their son. sol then curiously looked at the gravestone that sunoo's name was engraved on.

“is he my daddy, dad?” ni-ki nodded his head. sol looked at ni-ki then to sunoo's gravestone and seconds later, he began to cry.

ni-ki panicked as he don't know the reason why all of a sudden, his son cried.

he tried to comfort his son but after his son asked him a question, he now knew why his son was crying.

“is he also dead? like grandpy and grandmy?” sol cried.

even sol is just a little kid, he's a smart one. he knows what's the meaning of the gravestone or graveyard or cemetery.

seeing sunoo's name engraved on the gravestone made sol cry. he knows that his daddy is now dead, as said by his dad.

ni-ki hugged his son tightly as soon as tears began to fall also. it broke his heart seeing his son crying knowing the fact that he will never see his daddy, personally.

“sol, always remember.. that your daddy is always guiding and protecting us, okay?”

ni-ki said as he cried also together with his son. sol nodded his head to his dad's words. he knows that his daddy is somewhere out there, smiling at them and will always be there for them.

“dad..? i'm hungry” sol said after minutes of crying. ni-ki chuckled and ruffled his hair before looking at sunoo's gravestone and smiled.

“i miss you and i love you, my unique daisy”

before ni-ki could walk away, he felt a cold but comforting wind hugged his figure. ni-ki smiled. he knew exactly who it was.

“take care of sol for me,”

a voice whispered to his ears. ni-ki only nodded his head with a smile plastered on his face as he walked away, carrying sol in his arms.

before he could get inside of his car, ni-ki looked back again and there he saw, sunoo, standing and waving at them with a smile.

sunoo muttered words that made ni-ki heart skipped once again before smiling at him and get inside of his car before driving away.

“i love you,”
