after their break-up, ni-ki has been staying in his room. his friends tried to cheer him up but failed.
he eats but only a little. he's always late in their class that the teachers were wondering what happened. his grades also dropped.
same goes to sunoo who literally dropped out from school a month ago.

so after that day, ni-ki went to school. his friends and classmates were shocked to see him. he looks okay now.
lunch time came, his friends gathered in one table and all of them waited for ni-ki to say something.
"still hurt but i'm okay now. i shouldn't end everything just because he left me" he said and forced a smile.
his friends only stayed quiet and didn't reply and he prefer that way.
while eating, the 6 of them heard two students talking and they mentioned a name that stopped them from eating.
"really? you saw sunoo at the hospital?"
"yes. he looks pale though. he gotten a lot thinner. i asked one of the nurses who were monitoring him why is he there"
"then? what did that nurse replied?"
before the girl could even give her reply to her friend, ni-ki immediately stood up and went to the girls.
the girls eyes widened seeing ni-ki infront of them, sweating.
"s-sunoo? who? is it kim sunoo of class 3-1?"
the girl who saw sunoo as the hospital nodded her head.
"what did the nurse reply to you? after you asked her?" sunghoon asked who was now beside ni-ki and the others were now at the back of them, waiting for the girl's answer.
and her answer shattered their hearts but, the most shattered one was ni-ki's.
"sunoo has acute myeloid leukemia"
