Abhimanyu Birla:

Abhi followed the brother to the back of the house toward the garden. He saw her standing there with her back turned and at that moment, everything else disappeared around him except her. He heard the brother say something and felt some movement around him but his eyes were only on the girl in front of him. His girl. His Akshu. He had been waiting for this moment, dreaming of this moment for the last 5 years. He walked to her and whispered in her ear. "Hello my precious girl. I been looking for you for so long and look I finally found you again." She turned around and for the first time in 5 years, Abhi felt like he could breath again.

He looked at her. Her big beautiful eyes. That little nose. Her luscious lips. Her face was a little more filled in the last 5 years and it just made her even more beautiful. He took his hand slowly towards her, scared she might disappear if went too fast and touched her cheek. Akshu closed her eyes and a single tear fell from her eye to his hand. Abhi felt his eyes tearing up as well. His girl was finally in front of him. "Hi baby. I missed you so much." He said to her softly, kissing her forehead. Akshu opened her eyes and looked at him and a small smile formed on her lips as she took her hand and touched his face.
"Abhi. It's really you." Akshu whispered. Akshu started laughing and crying at the same time. "It's really you."
"Baby!" Abhi pulled her in his arms and stroked her cheek before lightly kissing her on her lips. "You don't know how much I missed you!"
Akshu smiled touching his cheek. "I mi..." Something caught Akshu's eyes behind Abhi and the smile disappeared from her face as she stepped backwards, away from Abhi. "What are you doing here, Abhimanyu?" Her tone changing suddenly. "Please leave."
"Baby, I'm here to take you back." Abhi moved toward her but she put her hand up stopping him.
"Take me where?"
"Back to Mumbai. To our home."
"This is my home." Akshu laughed bitterly. "I don't want to go anywhere else. Especially not with you."
"Baby. Please. I been looking for you since the day you left." Abhi took Akshu's arm. "You want us to get married? I'm ready for that. Akshu, I can't live without you."
"Abhi...it's too late. I can't marry you now. I've moved on. I'm sorry. You are 5 years too late." Akshu said walking away. Abhi felt anger bubbling in him. She must be doing this for her family. But her family agrees now. Maybe she's angry with him. That's okay, he will make it up to her.
"Baby, you wanted us to get married and now I agree so what's the problem?"
"I didn't want to just get married. I wanted to have kids too...."
"No Akshu. I told you that's not possible."
Akshu smiled at him. "Sure. Even without that, now I don't want to marry you."
"Akshu! Your family agrees. I don't understand."
"What do you not understand, Abhimanyu? I don't want to marry you. I'm not going to Mumbai. I am not leaving this house.  I'm sorry, you no longer matter to me. Please don't make it hard and just leave." Akshu said not looking at him. Abhi smirked.
"Akshu, I think you have forgotten I get what I want and I want you. You forgot that I don't like to be disobeyed.  Oh my sweet girl, I am going to marry you whether you agree or not."
Akshu looked at him. "I know you too well, Abhi. You will never go against my wishes. You might manipulate someone but you will never force them."
"Okay well! I won't force you, but your family might. I'll just go tell your family what you did when you were in Mumbai. How you lived with me, how you..."
Akshu started to laugh. "Go ahead. My Bade Papa has been waiting for me to tell him the name of my boyfriend in Mumbai so he could go shoot him. Please go tell him."
Abhi gave Akshu one final look and walked inside. He didn't care what Akshu said, he knew she loved him. The look in her eyes when she first saw him told him that much. He didn't know the reason for her denial but he didn't care. He was going to get his girl back no matter what.

Akshara Goenka:

Akshu watched Abhi walk away and she felt her knees go weak. She sat on the ground and started to cry. She thought she was over him but when she saw him in front of her, everything she ever felt about him came up again. Her Abhi. He smiled at her and she felt like time was standing still. It was as if there weren't  5 years between them. Her Abhi was in front of her.  She wanted to be in his arms, hug him and kiss him and tell him how much she missed him. How she's been yearning for him. Then he kissed her and she felt like she was brought back to life.  She was about to kiss him back when she saw a red ball on the ground and just like that, she was brought back to reality. She was reminded all over again why she walked away from him.  But if she thought leaving him was painful, watching him walk away felt like someone stepping on her heart. She wanted to stop him and tell him she still loved him but she knew she couldn't. She couldn't marry him. She couldn't leave this house.

After she knew the guests and Abhi left, she walked back inside. "Akshu! The family and Abhimanyu accepted the proposal." Badi Maa told her happily. "We were scared you will tell him about...but we are so happy you didn't. It's time to move on from your past."
"Badi Maa. I told Abhi..manyu, I don't want to marry him. I don't understand why he still agreed."
"Swarna!   Tell this foolish girl to consider herself lucky that such a good guy still wants to marry her despite her stupidness." Bade Papa said in anger.
"Bade Papa, please. I don't want to get married. Please understand. I can't leave this house. I've done everything you asked me to in the last 5 years even if it killed me inside but if I leave this house, I really will die. Please." Akshu cried.
"Swarna, tell this girl she has no other choice. She's marrying Abhimanyu." Bade Papa got up to leave.
"Bade Papa! I can't leave him. Please don't do this to me. I'll die without him. Bade Papa, please." Akshu cried.
"If he's the reason....Anisha, Kairav." Bade Papa looked at them. "You will be moving away from here first thing tomorrow and taking your son with you. You will make sure Akshara never comes near Aarav again. That she will never see him ever again."
Akshu stood up in shock. "You can't do that to me. Aarav is my son. You can't take my son away from me."
