Akshara Goenka:

Akshu sat on one of the two bean bags in Neil's room with Aarav on her lap as she watched Neil and Aarav play some racing video game. She was trying her hardest not to panic in front of her baby but inside, she was struggling. What if Abhi's family send Aarav away? No, Abhi is Aarav's father so this is where Aarav belongs. But the family didn't know that and even if they did, what if they didn't accept Aarav? She will tell Abhi they needed to leave and go to Mumbai. There, she can finally start fresh with her two boys.
"Bhabi, don't worry. Bhai will handle everything." Neil gave her a reassuring smile.
"Neil is right, you don't need to worry about anything." Abhi entered the room and sat on the same bean bag as Akshu and Aarav. Akshu looked at him questioning him with her eyes but he just shook his head and kissed her head.
"Uncle Abhimanyu is heavy!" Aarav stood up.
"Bhai, Aarav just called you fat!" Neil laughed making Akshu giggle as well.
"Aarav is right. Abhi, you are squishing me!" Akshu tried to push Abhi's of the bean bag.
"You are so squishable, that's why!" Abhi pulled her cheeks. "And oye! Mota hoga tera baap!" Abhi said to Aarav but then realized what he said and looked at Akshu, making her giggle again.
"Everything is okay, na? I can't send him away.." Akshu was trying not to panic.
Baby, nobody is going to take him away from you. I won't let that happen. You trust me, right?" Abhi whispered to her. Of course she trusted him, he was the only one she could trust now. Ever since he found out about Aarav being his, he has gone above and beyond. Without even once questioning Akshu, without ever doubting her and she didn't know how to tell him how grateful she was. So she just simply nodded.
Aarav turned around to tell Akshu something. Seeing how close Abhi was sitting next to her, Aarav came and sat on Akshu's lap tightly hugging her neck.
"Okay now I really am squished!" Akshu complained.
"Hey kid, you are squishing my wife!" Abhi said hugging Akshu.
"No she's my Bua and best friend! Right, Bua?" Aarav asked Akshu hugging her tighter.
"No she's my wife!"
"Both of you get off Bhabi, she can't breath!" Neil laughed. Akshu pushed Abhi off and he fell from the bean bag making Aarav giggle.
"Baby, not fair! You didn't push him away!" Abhi pouted pointing at Aarav.
"Aarav is my Chanda baby, that's why!" Akshu kissed his cheek. "But baby, let go of my neck please."
"Bua, uncle Abhimanyu doesn't even know how to play video games!"
"Aww..really, Abhi?"
"What? Of course I do!"
"No! You told me you only read books!" Aarav reminded him.
"And you should too! When I was your age, I was reading..."
"Nietzsche and Aristotle, I'm sure!" Akshu sweetly smiled at Abhi.
"Good one, bhabi!" Neil high-fived Akshu.
"When Abhi was Aarav's age, he was exactly like Aarav."  Akshu turned around to see Manjiri standing by the door, smiling. "He didn't pick up a book until he was 15." Manjiri sat next to Neil. Akshu looked at her but Manjiri just nodded at her. Akshu turned to look at Abhi.
"She knows."
"I should have known the second I saw Aarav!" Manjiri laughed. "You know, I remember telling Mahima Didi that if my Abhi and Akshara ever have a baby, it will look exactly like Aarav."
"Maa, I'm sorry...." Akshu started to speak.
"You don't need to explain anything, beta."
"Uncle Abhimanyu didn't know how to read until he was 15!" Aarav laughed. "I know my alphabet and I'm only 4!" Everyone else laughed as well.
"That's because our Aarav is a very smart boy!" Manjiri hugged him.

"Excuse me, Akshara madam. Your brother is here to see you." The help came in the room and told Akshu. Akshu looked at Abhi in fear. Kairav Bhaiya was here to take her baby. No, no. Akshu started to panic.
"Baby? Baby! It's okay. You stay here with him, I'll go see Kairav." Abhi said getting up.
"No. Abhi, please stay with Aarav. I need to talk to my Bhaiya myself." She couldn't hide behind Abhi and let him fight all the battles. She had to face everyone too and fight for her son. For Aarav, she had to be brave.
