Burple flew low over the forest, where trees had been shaken and leaves fallen. He still felt sick after the shaking and tried to distract his mind.

"Come on Cutter, come on Aggro, where are you guys?" He said out loud.

There was no sign of either Fire Fury or Razor Wing. His worries began to rise and he flapped his purple wings faster.

"Hello?" He called one more time, but was only met with cold silence.

Burple was just about ready to turn around and head back, when a familiar glint caught his eye, a ruby red flash darting underneath the canopy of the mangled trees below. He swooped down with a sudden lurch, "Hello? Aggro?"

It had to be her, what else could be that shade of red? There was something else, however.

Burple lowered himself down through the branches onto the forest floor, looking all around him. He turned in circles, scanning the undergrowth of bushes and plants.

"Aggro? It's me Burple!" He wagged his tail, thinking that surely Aggro would recognize his voice.

The low growl that sounded in response stamped out his hope. He jumped back as a lanky white glimmering dragon slunk steadily from a large bush. It's eyes were as bright and red as rubies, easy to be mistaken for Aggro's scales.

As Burple realized his mistake, more dragons slid from the shadows, surrounding him. They were the same as the first, dragons with features and proportions like that of the Nightfurys Burple heard so much about. However these dragons had rounded features and smooth white sparkling scales.

Their round bodies alone didn't look threatening, but once he saw their eyes, glittering with malicious intentions he understood these dragons meant harm. He felt rocks roll around in his stomachs as the dragons with those threatening eyes colored either a blood red, sick gold, sapphire blue or flesh pink continued to advance in on him.

He didn't know what to say, but he managed to stammer a weak, "H-hi."

The only response was a harsh growl by all the dragons simultaneously.

"C-can I help you?" He pressed his body against the ground.

The first red-eyed dragon hissed in a soft, lulling, yet petrifying voice to the dragons beside it, "He is not worthy." He turned back to Burple, "Where is the village?"

"Uhm, that way." Burple pointed with his tail.

Instantly the white dragons dispersed slowly, slinking into the trees in the direction he pointed to. In reality Burple had pointed in a random direction out of fear.

As they left he noticed that each one of the fury-like dragons bore a strange symbol scarred into their shoulders. Like a spiked snake with wings eating it's own tail. He didn't think about it any longer.

Once any trace of the fury dragons was gone, he shot up into the air on his short wings. He took a deep breath and tried to process what had just happened. Just then at the edge of his visions... a flash of ruby red...

"I think I see Burple!" Cutter exclaimed as he and Aggro flew, still dripping wet, over the treetops.

"What's he doing all the way out here?" Agrgo questioned, shaking her water-logged forelegs.

Burple didn't seem to notice them as they flew up, he was staring, frozen, off into the distance. Just then he happened to glance slightly in their direction, just enough to see a glimpse of Aggro.

"Ahh! Please don't hurt me!" Burple jerked back mid-air.

"Woah woah! It's just us!" Cutter stopped to hover, waving his forearms.
