Throughout the days I was resting I had done two main things; training and working out so I could quickly get back the strength I had lost and working with Ana to help track the Alpha Pack.

I knew Lydia's birthday was coming up, mainly because she kept going on about it when we called, that was another thing I'd began doing more, she was lonely right now - being lied too and in a way I was lying to her too but she hadn't asked me anything about the supernatural yet so I wasn't going to spring it on her. I just wanted to keep her company, she was the only one who knew I was coming back soon but I made her promise no to tell a soul.

I was allowed to leave the house now due to Ana being impressed with my training, but I didn't want to, it was stupid in my mind and I hated myself for it but even knowing that they'd left town - I was still scared to go shopping again even if it was for Lydia so instead I opted on ordering it online. I'd decided a a bigger gift than I'd usually give people because it was also a sorry present; a new hot tub.

She once went on about hers was broken so I got her a new a better one which was expensive to both buy and ship to America, turns out having an untouched savings account helps a bunch.

I was in a small office room with Ana looking at a map when my phone started to ring, I ignored it so I could concentrate on the task at hand, the Alphas has moved to America for new hunting grounds and had been spotted by a few of Analyn's friends in different states. My phone had stopped ringing when Ana had stopped talking, I pondered for a moment, "they're different showing a pattern, moving from state to state and fast so where are they heading?" When I didn't get an answer I looked to Ana who was already looking at me.

"Wha-" I didn't get to finished before she cut in, "are you sure you want to do this?" I gave her a puzzled look, "yeah of course, why wouldn't I be?" She sighed and leaned against the desk where the map lay, looking me in the eye she gave me her best 'mum look'.

"Don't think I haven't noticed, you haven't left the house in days-" I groaned, "I'm fine Ana-" she cut in again, "are you? You loved going to the shopping centre with Tala when you were bored now you're ordering things online?"

I kept eye contact for a while before sighing and dropping the tension in my body, "it's just- it's stupid." I shook my head, Ana stood up and came towards me, definitely not missing the way I flinched when she raised her hand to my shoulder. Lowering her hand she softened her tone, "it's okay to experience what you are experiencing Oryn."

I looked up at her, "it's just that, I know they've left town or I wouldn't be here right now, but everytime I think about going near the mall I just freeze up, I'm still scared and constantly think that if I do go, that something will happen, like I won't be strong enough to protect myself again or worse... the others. I'm constantly thinking about the worst situation and I'm scaring myself more than they ever could." I admitted, waiting for a reply telling me that I was dumb for thinking that way but instead I got a hug.
