The next week, Beacon Hills High school
The weekend passed by and soon I was back at school, though I had only been back at school for a week it felt as though it was dragging on and I'd been here for months.
I decided I wanted to skip a couple classes and was walking around the school campus, it was when I was walking outside and towards the pitch I saw that lacrosse training was on, it was also when I saw Derek standing by presumably watching Scott. The man he really knows how to be a creep.
I managed to avoid being seen by Coach Finstock and made my way towards Derek, cursing my decision to wear a skirt today as the cold wind hit my legs -despite most of them being covered up by the leather of my knee high boots- and made me shiver. I shoved my hands in my jacket pockets as I walked up beside him.
"Aren't you meant to be in class?" Neither of us looked at each other but instead continued watching the lacrosse practice. "Yup." I replied, short and quick.
"Then why aren't you?" Derek had a habit of getting on my case like a big brother, actually I sometimes did a similar thing like a little sister.
"Oh, like you never skipped class when you were in school." I took that he didn't reply as me being correct, we both stood silent watching the practice.
Telling wolf from man from the numbers on their shirts, I watched Scott get hit down pretty violently by Jackson again, the coach then got on to him about being slow and started raising his voice at the young wolf boy. I listened in on his heart and heard it getting faster.
"He's getting mad." I said as a matter of fact. Derek sighed, "he needs to be trained but he doesn't trust me." I saw him looked over at me.
"Oh no way, he doesn't know about me yet, let's keep it that way." We both looked back to the field to spots group huddled around Jackson and a Stiles leading Scott off the field, Scott had his head in his hands and both me and Derek could tell that he was changing.
"Try and help him Derek even if he says he doesn't want it, don't give him a choice and for the love of god, there's a game on Saturday, tell him not to play. I'll be getting closer to Stiles and the Argent girl." Without waiting for him to reply I walked off.
The day went normal from there on and soon enough it was last period, Chemistry. Although I usually sat next to Jackson - who was currently at the hospital- it was directly across from Stiles so before the classroom for too full I walked up to him.
"Stiles, I know we haven't spoken much but your in my English and doing better than me," lies lies lies "so I was wondering if I could come round to yours and study after school today? It would be a big help." I added a smile of the end of my question, he looked pretty confused and stuttered before nodding his head, the shocked look never left his face, he looked at Scott who was sat watching our encounter from the desk behind Stiles, I looked at the young beta, "Hi Scott." I turned and went back to my seat so Mr. Harris could start the lesson.
