THE DAY OF THE MALL FIGHT WAS THE LAST TIME MEGAN HAD HEARD OR EVEN SEEN ROBBY. Sure, they hadn't exactly gotten the chance to talk much since their first encounter at the beach club, but the girl wanted to know if his friend was alright. Or even him, for that matter.
It was hard for Megan to understand what had happened that day, because all the girl saw was a bunch of teenagers righting, and Megan hated violence. The girl had been avoiding almost everyone involved for the past few days, but for some reason Megan felt herself think about Robby and that stupid smile he gave her every second of everyday.
Robby on the other hand, couldn't stop thinking about the way the girl advised him. The hateful gear she shot him after he sent the last, and final kick to Hawk's temple. He couldn't unsee the hate in her eyes as she bolted to aid Hawk. That day, Robby felt his heart break, because he knew he messed up. If Megan had known the flu story behind the fight, maybe she wouldn't have hated the boy so much, but the girl only knew the basics. A boy ran into her, then another, then a right broke out. In Megan's eyes, Robby was the bad guy because he hurt her "friend," and Robby hated that. Robby hated that she was friends with cobra Kai, but most of all he hated that he made himself out to look like the bad guy., when in reality, he wasn't. But lucky for him, there was another girl in his life that was drawn into every mistake the boy made.
That lovesick girl, was none other than Samantha LaRusso, the girl who hated to Nichol's siblings and anyone in relation to them. Sam remembered the day at the beach club like it was yesterday, because it was the day her hatred was filed to the brim. Not only because of the fact that Tory Nichol's embarrassed he4r in front of the whole club, but because the boy she cared so dearly about wouldn't stop raving about the clumsy angel he had laid his eyes on.
Robby had told Sam about Megan as soon as he could, because Sam was his best friend. He didn't realize that soon, that friendship would grow into more, but she was still his best friend. He trusted that she would be there for him, but all the girl had simply told him that she was a waste of time, especially after learning that Cobra Kai had trashed their dojo, and Megan's sister was apart of them.
Robby, being the person he is, took all his anger out on karate related things, but mostly Cobra Kai, especially after they trashed the Miyagi-Do dojo. Megan didn't understand what the feud was between the two dojos, but she told herself to stay away from it the moment she witnessed the fight at the mall.
Megan tried to stay away from the kids of Cobra Kai and Miyagi-Do, but every time the girl went out with her sister, she went out with the whole Cobra Kai dojo. There was no getting away from them, that's why Megan gave into it and spent her time with her sister and the teens from the dojo, more specifically, one with a red mohawk.
