TORY NICHOLS NEVER CARED ABOUT ANYONE MORE THAN HER FAMILY, MORE SPECIFICALLY MEGAN. Tory was Megan's best friend, in every possible way. When they were younger, they never did anything apart fro each other. They were always glued at the hip. Tory wanted to do anything and everything in her lower to keep Megan safe, only as she grew it was her who needed the protecting, especially now.

The whole valley hated Tory, they viewed her as the enemy to just about everyone. The girl who has one to many screws loose in her head. The villain in the story. Megan didn't;t want to see her sister that way, especially after the way she changed.

After Tory met Miguel she changed for the better. Sure, she was still headstrong and intimidating, but she was happier, and happy Tory is always the better Tory. So, yeah. Like I said, Tory Nichols never cared about anyone more than Megan, until she met Miguel Diaz. The boy that lit her world on fire.

Megan could see Tory's love for Miguel in her eyes every time she looked at him, because there was a glow. A glow of love, the one you get every time you gaze at someone you love. Megan found it adorable, while wishing someone gazed at her like that, unknown to her that someone already had.

Megan could especially see Tory's love for Miguel when Megan received the call that he had woken up, because the dark clouds that once took over her eyes weren't there anymore, and rather it was the glow.

Megan returned to West Valley High the next day feeling like she was on cloud nine, Sure, her life was certainly not perfect, in fact it was a wreck, but Miguel was alive, and that gave Megan more hope than it should've. Megan thought Miguel was going to die in the hospital bed. The few days she visited him, he looked utterly hopeless. Breathing through a tube, a full body cast keeping his many libs in place, and completely and utterly unconscious.

It was hard for the girl to see him in there, but hearing the news of him better made her feel like anything was possible. Like there was no limits. That's the exact reason why Megan walked into that high school smiling and offering everyone, including the ones that talked to her, a welcoming smile.

"Someone's having a good day." Hawk said as he stood in the usual spot he met her, every morning.

Megan shrugged her shoulders with a smile as she swung her backpack strap around her shoulder, "I have a lot of things to be happy about."

Hawk laughed at the girl, "Don't we all."

Hawk and Megan walked down that hall like they normally did, only this time Megan didn't flinch her hand away when Hawk attempted to interlock their hands. Rather, she accepted it with a smile before continuing her way. Megan had finally started to feel like she was making progress, not only with all things fight related but boy related as well. She though that the time away from Robby was allowing her to feel more comfortable with her and Hawk's growing relationship, only she realized that was far from the truth when she heard the mention of his name.
