I sat here alone , practicing self reflection, with no interjection

True introspection.

Watching the tide roll In and back out.

Bringing in waves of positivity and cleansing my being of all doubts.

While the water cleansed my soul of self deprecating behavior.

I vowed in that moment to be my own savior.

Nothing formed against me will claim my defeat.

A mantra I chanted to myself as the water washed over my feet.

Ejecting all negativity from my heart.

Watching as all my burdens began to fall apart ,like the grains of sand I held in my hand.

I threw my insecurities deep Into the bountiful sea.

I pray we may all feel finally free.

No more broken promises of a new start.

Only Positivity, love, and peace.

May all the darkness and pain in our hearts, minds, and souls be deceased .
