Business was going good for Shelby Brothers Limited. Money was flowing in like clockwork, the family was going up and there was no sight in going down. Besides business Tommy and Salomé's relationship was going well. They hadn't talked much from business booming but the stares they gave each other spoke a million words. Now the only thing to look back on was Black Star Day, that day was today. The night before Salomé had a nightmare about the night her brother died, she knew that nightmare couldn't mean good. That nightmare meaned that death was coming to Small Heath.

Salomé walked down the stairs into the kitchen wearing all black attire.
Salomé's Family looked at her confused.
"Qui est mort cher(Who died dear)?" Salomé father went up to her.
"Did it happen again?" Salomé's father knew what her all black attire meant.
"I'm going down to the church, light some candles for mama and Antoine." Her Aunt and Uncle was so confused on why she was so cheerie when Salomé was dressed like she was mourning someone. "Whenever Salomé has nightmares, bad like last night, she goes to the church and pray for the peace of Dinah and Antoine." Aunt Beatrice nods her head in understanding.
Last night was not easy for Salomé, she had that same nightmare about the night her brother died and when her mother died as well. This time the nightmare was more gruesome adding on details she didn't even remember from that time.
"Eh bien tu te dépêches d'aller à l'église, on dirait qu'il va pleuvoir(Well you hurry to the church, looks like it's gonna rain)." Uncle Pierre said pointing to the window.
"I'm just gonna drink some tea, don't really have an appetite." Salomé quickly sipped her tea not caring that it slightly burned her tongue. "I'm off." She gave a kiss on the cheek to the three adults before scurrying off.

As Salomé walked to the church she saw all the familiar faces of residents going about their day, she was starting to get use to the community of Small Heath. Of course this community could ever to compare back in Lafayette but it was starting to come around for her.
That comfortable smile soon contorted into a grown, Salomé felt as though she was being followed.
Salomé made a sharp turn to the bakery across the street, as she did so her eyes caught sight of the person who following her, it was only Michael.
Salomé let's out a sigh of relief when she sees him walk up to her.
"You walk fast." Michael let's out a breathy chuckle.
"I apologize." Salomé chuckles, it was just her paranoia taking over for today.
"So where were you off to dressed like me mother?" Salomé didn't realize she was in black like Miss Polly.
"Going to the church, to pray for my mother and brother." Nobody knew how close Salomé and Tommy had gotten with each. She knew it was best to keep it secret, knowing how both sides would react.
"Where are off to?" Salomé looked at Michael expecting a different answer than the one he was about to give.
"Tommy told me to watch over you." Salomé brow arched hearing that. "Kimber and his man are coming to town-" Salomé cuts Michael off from explaining further.
"Too many folks here, walk with me to the church and you can explain." Salomé lead Michael way from the busy food stall.
"Tommy doesn't trust Kimber around any of the woman that works at the Garrison." Salomé was the only woman at the Garrison, her and Kimber did have a slight interaction. "For today with Kimber in town I've been ordered to keep watch over you."
"Black star day." Salomé said and Michael stopped in his tracks.
How could Salomé know about Black Star Day when Tommy had just told his family the other day.
"Tommy told me, yesterday before I left the Garrison." Salomé wasn't really lying, Tommy did tell the band and Harry not to come in today because a stand off was to happen.
